Shoes scuffed considerably within 7 days. I contacted them and they said it was normal wear and tear. I expect $104 not to scuff within such a short time. After that they stopped responding .

Disappointed – Shoes are very stiff and extremely narrow. For a shoe selling itself as a barefoot shoe for toddlers, they are woefully out of touch with what makes a barefoot shoe. Almost no flexibility, narrow toe box, and for very low volume feet (which seems ridiculous for toddlers). Couldn’t even get my toddler’s foot into a shoe that was about 2cm too long as the shoe was too narrow and shallow. Very disappointing that they’re just like every other toddler shoe maker in Australia. I wanted to support local but… If you want true, wide, flexible barefoot shoes for your toddler, go to Magical Shoes in Poland. Literally the only shoes I’ve found that are wide enough.

Don’t recommend – I echo the other reviewers. I purchased sandals on sale and had to return before being issued with a store credit to repurchase. By the time I received the credit the sandals were. I longer on sale. I wasn’t able to login and access my store credit so has to wait for customer service to resolve that first. Now I’ve been trying to reach them for weeks to honour the sale price since it’s an exchange and they won’t respond! I really wanted to like this brand as they seem great, but they make it impossible to buy from.

Terrible customer service and no shoes shipped even after 3 weeks of waiting – Do not purchase from this company. They take your money but then do not ship your order. Communication is non-existent.

Wish I could've tried the shoes but they sent the wrong ones – I'd suggest ordering from other local sellers not from the Tip Toey Joey website (which is fulfilled by "Next" with customer service overseas). I was keen to try their shoes for my baby who was starting childcare this week but they sent the wrong pair (correct invoice and box but wrong shoes inside). It took three weeks of delays and poor customers service to get a refund for the shoes (originally they wanted me to pay to send the shoes back!) and by the time the refund finally arrived it was too late for childcare start and my child's size was sold out.
