I bought a prx about 18 months ago, used it every day. It has wear marks and works a treat. Recently the band failed, just a pin or spring problem. Tissot picked up the watch via post, cleaned it, serviced it, tested it all under warranty and returned it via post at no cost. No questions asked and it was fast and seamless. It's nice to be able to report on good service and support.

Don't trust this company! Tissot Australia are a bunch of scumbags. They deliberately claim damage done to watch that's had problems from the first day of wearing it. It's like an extortion racket perpetratored on unsuspecting customers who send in defective Tissot products (read all the reviews) now Tissot Australia are demanding payment to fix issues created by themselves.

Tissot Watch Service Review – Tissot Watch Service Review I recently sent my Tissot watch for servicing and would like to share my experience. After receiving the service report (Repair: 229233213), I reviewed it and contacted Tissot to discuss the findings. My primary concerns were the unexpectedly high service cost and the necessity of additional repairs that were not explicitly outlined in the report. During the conversation, I was informed that if these additional repairs were not performed, the watch might not function properly.

This was quite perplexing, as my watch was functioning perfectly before the battery was discharged, a fact confirmed by the watchmaker. The photos I took before sending the watch for service clearly show no severe impact marks or visible damage, contrary to the suggestion of shock-related issues in the report.

I am disappointed with the lack of clarity and the implication of additional, unexplained repairs. I have requested that my watch be returned with only a new battery, as this was the primary issue.

While I have always appreciated Tissot’s craftsmanship, this experience has left me questioning their service process and transparency. I hope for a resolution that reflects the brand's otherwise high standards.

Tissot Online. Nightmare Non delivery – I recently purchased a Tissot Seastar 1000 watch from Tissot Online Being online I had to stay in to sign for the collection from Global Express Global Express's tracking claimed it was coming before 5pm for 2 days running. I then had to drive to Chadstone shopping centre to buy the replacement Tissot. Am waiting for a credit on the 1st one , which was cancelled by Tissot for non-delivery I recommend you purchase these excellent watches from a dealer store rather than from Tissot direct David De Garis

Tissot PRX 40mm – Purchased the Tissot PRX 40mm in the mint green colour when it was released early 2023 & love it! The staff were really helpful with removing links on the bracelet to fit correctly & Tissot Australia overall have been a pleasure to deal with! Their FB messenger customer service staff require further training. They categorically stated that Australia does not have any service centres (which is false) but the Australian Melbourne staff have been great to deal with. Looking forward to future purchases!
