to save me the trouble. At first i tried through Pay Pay to request a full refund, but they again replied saying that their terms of returning an item dictate that the buyer must pay for return postage and the item must be undamaged. Out of frustration i thought i would just accept the 25% refund, i didn't see any point in wasting any more money on return postage. They emailed a link for me to use to request the 25% refund, and the link couldn't be found. Please don't buy from them as you will only be disappointed in receiving very poor quality items, and possibly like mine it will be already damaged.
