Always take both my cars, a Focus and an Escape to them for servicing - they're always transparent and complete the cars on time. The overnight / auto drop off service is great too - saves driving at peak hour to drop off or pick up the car
Recently had dealings with Titan Ford and found them extremely unprofessional, extremely disappointed and would highly recommend using another dealership for any of your car needs!!
Was a Tesla buyer and decided to test drive a few other EVs including the Mach E. It was an outstanding drive experience. Nick and the team were absoultely customer service focused and wanted me to have the right car and also worked out an amazing deal for me on a far superior car with 600km range. I am sitting here watching the car sitting on my driveway and deciding where to take it next. Thanks team Titan!
No ethics – This dealership repaired an emergency services vehicle & locked it in its gates over the weekend refusing to release it until $700 was paid. There was no dispute over the bill whatsoever yet you could of put lives at risk as a result of lack of a vehicle to assist people in trouble. Just unbelievable. You cannot deny this Titan what you did was wrong.
Never good – I’ll give them one thing. They are reliably bad. They never get everything done. A revisit is always required. I don’t think they understand that it’s a [Content Removed] to take the car in.
Failed to tune up my car – Years ago I took my Capri convertible to titan Ford for a tune up as I was on holiday for 3weeks as my weekends are very special to me as I work weekends and every time I got my car back it was worse it went back there for 3weeks,they ruined my holiday all staff there totally incompetant

Apathetic service – Titan Ford Service. Abysmal. they were guessing as to the issues - the wrong guesses costing me the best part of a grand. And most frustratingly, the damaging of another part of my car in their repeated guessed attempts to fix the original issue I took it in for. After five visits, a month and a half, and being gouged a grand despite the issue not being properly fixed, I decided to cut my losses and take it to an independent auto-electrician who fixed it that afternoon, at no charge, saying I'm not the first Titan Ford mop-up job he's had to work on. Just to be clear, this review is in regards to Titan Ford Service, not sales. Haven't had any dealings with the latter. Perhaps that is part of the issue. Maybe if I'd dropped 60k+ next door on a new car, I might have been treated a little differently.
And this isn't directed at any one individual - rather the business as its job management and quality control processes are clearly flawed. Unfortunately took this experience and belatedly reading the many other similar reviews here, to discover this.

mistake. I should've waited. Because when they said the clutch was ok, I was too far down the track to withdraw, even though I knew it was not. Of course, the clutch has been a problem, I've lost count of the mechanics who've told me to replace it. Being newly bereaved at the time, I trusted Ford to do the right thing. I had been honest about my situation, that I'd just sold my husband's wheelchair van and needed a car. The first week I took the car home, there was a strong burning smell, it took them at least two attempts to fix that and so it began. Then the electrics went just out of the 3mth warranty, they claimed I needed a new alternator, was going to charge me heaps etc etc. Two other mechanics later and much scratching of heads, it was actually me who fixed the issue by researching that for that Ford model there was a problem with the original cables or something and the speedometer that cut the whole engine. Sure enough $350 fixed it with my third opinion mechanic! At one stage Ford quoted me more than I'd paid for the car $4300, to replace the clutch and alternator. When I went through Fair Trading, they offered costs instead. I was just disgusted. I've now just broken my arm, and need to upgrade my car now to an automatic. It leaves me in a difficult position trying to sell. As I know the clutch will go soon. But the last nine months it has been fairly reliable, if you don't count the squeaky clutch! Unlike Ford however, I will just be honest and try to get what is fair when I upgrade. I've given two stars because the actual sales man was genuine and did what he could to help, unlike the rest of the management. It's taken me two years to post this. I was beyond weary of them.
Don’t buy from Titan Ford Brookvale!!! – RUN NOW GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE ! The vehicle was delivered extremely dirty inside with food splashed across the roof , food crumbs all over the steering wheel and centre console as well as the console been broken and a smell that gives you a headache and no tyre pressure system in place so a warning light was flashing on the dash . Not only was this the case the transport driver damaged the drivers door smashing it in 5 places . Along with this the front bumper was damaged and the number plate dented in so obviously reversed another car into it .
I contacted Titan and after a LOT of them stuffing me around they finally agree to take it back and fix the damage that was done and clean the car properly along with that smell !
After having the car for 8 days they finally bring it back to me only to find more panel damage on the SAME door they just fixed that was not there before but also they hadn’t fixed the broken console the SMELL or fixed the tyre pressure system .
Again after a lot of back and forth and them not wanting to really do anything they finally agree to re fix the panel damage that THEY caused in the first place refit the tyre pressure system and the console .
By now I was very over all of the issues with Titan so took the car to Jeep to have it checked properly and I guess I shouldn’t be surprised but the car was not serviced properly even through titan put a sticker on the windscreen, no flitters had been replaced and the ones in there were incorrect which possibly was causing that smell and to bring the car up to date and replace all filters was going to cost me $1200 . Who thinks that they need to do a major service on a car when the car yard said they had serviced and saftey checked it . NO ONE ! Now if you think that’s bad enough today I ring to order the tyre pressure system and they advise me the car has been in RECALL since 11/2019 for a fuel pump relay issue and the thing can go at anytime leaving me broken down anywhere . So I offer once again for this dealer to take this car back , refund my money and send it to the wholesaler as it’s NOT worth way near what they charged me plus the 1000’s they will have to pay by the end of the fixes and they refuse ! I have lodged a complaint with the Department of Fair trading and the MTA to step in and sort this out ! The lesson here is RUN ! Don’t do business with Titan Ford at Brookvale as they will sell you anything by wipe their hands if its not a Ford as they told me they would know about a recall as they aren’t Jeep but tell me they did a service and saftey check apparently doesn’t mean check for recalls to them they will sell you anything and then treat you like crap when someone goes wrong or they don’t so what they say they will ! Disgusting business practices and disgraceful behaviour towards customers!
