Would give zero but can’t. Spent a small fortune here (enough to buy a European supercar) and yet 1. tonearm. Tonearm discoloured ($12k tonearm) and I was given a replacement part after much haggling even though under warranty, and told to fix it myself which is not possible. 3. Bought a subwoofer as new. Later discovered a number 2 sticker on it. ie a likely demo unit. Unit no longer works. 4. Spent a fortune on one brand for my cinema. All blew up. They said they no longer dealt with that manufacturer and items were replaced with another brand, less expensive 5. Was sold a bundled cinema and when I said I didn’t want horribly overpriced 3d glasses (10x retail) was told it was a part of the deal 6. Another expensive piece of equipment has just failed (DAC). I should have (clearly) learnt my lesson earlier - I don’t even have the will to contact them. Will vote with my feet. 7. Tried to connect with owner recently to discuss my grievances - to no avail
Fabulous Service – We recently purchased a Sonos system through Tivoli Hi Fi. The prices were very competitive and the service was fabulous both in-store and at home. We had a rather tricky set-up due to some network issues at our house and Tom was super patient and sorted it all out for us so it now works perfectly. Thank you. We couldn't be happier. Warranty not honoured – I have purchased quite a few items from them over the years and found them generally ok at after sales service. However one quite pricey item I bought a few years ago (a music server and CD storage unit) had a fault early on and would not operate. Then the replacement stopped working immediately, but they said they had ceased to stock that item and tried to fob me off. Instead of a refund or repair (still on warranty) they're reaction was to tell me "We have replaced it once and that is enough - you will have to take the issue up with the manufacturer" So I had to chase them down. That is poor service and a deceptive warranty policy!! It was a faulty unit from the start and they knew it! It still malfunctions 50% of the time!

Good sales service – - Paul Ong is someone who knows his crap. Up to par sales service. He will slowly explain it to you and also find a similar product for you to compare and decide which one to get it. - Despite certain stuff are quite pricey, get it when they have a clearance sale and you'll get it cheap. - Friendly staffs, not being very aggressive. - Reminder: Do call up to ask if they have the product you want and they'll check for you.
Good Service – Great Store, the person who helped me (Paul), set up several turntables for me to listen to and compare, and later in the day when I called, helped me fix a problem I was having with setting it up.
Quality Audio Visual equipment retailer – This shop is within walking distance from my house (12 minutes walk), so it is very convenient for me. I bought a NAD C546BEE CD player and a NAD C326BEE Integrated Amplifier from this shop during the end of year sales recently. The service was prompt and friendly. I am planning to buy a new set of Bowers and Wilkins floor-standing speakers from this place at the next sales.
Excellent customer service – These guys are not only friendly and helpful they knew what my son wanted and showed us the equipment working and answered questions that were asked with honesty and product knowledge and when I rang 2 days later to ask if I could get the remote replaced they didn't hesitate and gave a replacement on the spot. again and recommend them to anyone looking for good quality equipment and great customer service - they even carried my purchase to the car for me even though my son could have done so Quality goods and customer service that was helpful and friendly so far nothing
