Ordered two dresses only one fits me – I ordered what looked like two beautiful dresses, should have realised they were too good to be true. I went by their size guide but one l can just get into, the other one, same size goes no where near me. I have sent two messages to Tluly but no response from them. Have never received the order – This is ridiculous. I have ordered a month ago, followed up with their service email on where it was at received an email telling me it was delivered 2 weeks ago. Wish I had read the reviews first - don’t waste your money – The returns process is a scam. Items arrived but very small sizing. You contact them to exchange and get some email back that doesn’t make sense and asks for $20 to a PayPal account ! Show details

Buyer beware – Buyer beware. This company is not ethical. They want money for exchange. Offer a third of price for refund. Garments have no shape, incorrect sizing. Clothing has no labelling and package states made in China. Company advertises as Australia presence and USA based.

Return Policy not as described – I have been unable to get a return authorisation form from the company instead I have been offered to pay an additional $15US for a replacement product but this appears to be an email address. Show details

Wrong sizing no return address – I brought 2 Dresses and they were very small. Wish to return but can’t get return address. I have sent email but so far no reply. Won’t recommend this company.

Fabric does not suit humid climate – The look of the items on this site are so attractive. The summery styles do not actually suit a hot humid climate. The fabric is a shiny fabric which does not breathe and is a very sweaty fabric against your skin in a hot climate. this fabric is extremely uncomfortable to wear during summer. Just wanted to share this for any other people considering buying who live in a humid climate. The designs are very pretty and I just wish there was some cotton content so that they could be comfortably worn in North Queensland
