Can I get a replacement pole
Where can I buy a tobi tree clothes rack. I brought my existing one in 2008 and have been so pleased with it but had the misfortune recently to have an accident breaking an arm on same. I cannot believe trouble I am having trying to purchase another as I think they are still being made. Hoping you can help.

Why does the Tobi on TV look different than the one I bought at VERIMARK shop? The one on TV has a spring on the pipe, and the pipe is also different, the one on TV looks like much better quality than the one the TOBI I bought! The pipe knots easy and then no steam comes out. Not the one on TV thou
Hi, apparently the Tobi manufacturer has a new design out....upgrade as they call it. This may differ slightly from the one you have purchased. Watch out for leaking underneath the unit. Mine leaked more water on to the carpet than steam produced out of the pipe. They may have fixed this issue now but mine was a total waste of time and I ended up throwing it away. Regards N Morgan

Hi, all I can think of is that you have put it together wrong! Disassemble and try again. Failing that - send it back.
