I have never seen any reporting data, monitoring data from Todae Solar, nor has my system ever been serviced or checked annually for 3 years as promised.

Stay away from this company at all cost!!!

Solar Contractors Don't Waste Your Time, No Contact – I don't think Australia's No 1 Commercial Social Company should have a habit of not replying to phone and email on a regular basis. Takes 3 weeks to get a reply on a good day. You have to be kidding. The ugly side of solar.

This email they claimed they sent does not exist.

error and that it had since been listed as "Out-of-Stock"...NOPE! They are still selling stock they don't have.

I also got some guff about them changing warehoueses etc so there would be a further delay. It's 3 weeks since my order and I am still waiting.

Don't order online from them. Bad customer service – We ordered baby products online from them on 2 occasions and both times they took ages to ship the products out. That was after a week or more of waiting. When I asked them what can be done about the shipping charge if I'm picking it up, they said there's nothing they can do.

Oh well, I'm not ordering anything from them again. That should help them solve the problem of being "too busy". I won't go to the store either as environmentally friendly stores are popping up all over the place. nominating replacements the parcel was dispatched and arrived promptly.

The speed of the dispatch was evident in the sloppiness of the packaging.

As a result one item was broken. No exchange or credit was offered as I had not selected to insure the package.

Forgive me if I am wrong but I thought it was the duty of an online retailer to endeavour to deliver the merchandise intact.

Starlux LEDs are advertised as having comparable light output to 50 Watt halogens. I have both 50W, and 20W halogens for comparison. The LEDs I received produce less light than the 20W halogen, and have a narrower spread (ie they produce a dim spotlight - like a torch with a dying battery). The light is too dim to read under. They do not compare, in any way, to a standard 50W halogen.

I am pursuing a refund.

I will be pursuing a refund if they are unable to supply the correct lights, I may also lodge a complaint with the ombudsman.

The customer service person was prompt and helpful. The goods I purchased arrived in good condition and well packed. I probably would not deal with Todae again, simply because there are no other products that I need at this point. I would recommend giving them a go, the experience was not as bad as the other reviews indicate. customer service helpful and a unique product range the courier they used was not the best
