I purchased a swimsuit and a dress The swimsuit was faulty I asked for a full refund the dress was perfect It was not the first time that I got a faulty swimsuit and got a nasty response both times and bullied This time the message that I got was disgusting and I was treated very poorly by the Togs DIRECTOR No customer service at all I was humiliated and BULLIED by this Man I had to take it to the FEAR TRADING as they need to treat they customers with respect

Skorts from Togs Swimwear – Elastic on skorts stretched after 2 wears. I bought the original ones many years ago which were great. Back in Feb 24 I bought another 2 only to find out that the elastic again stretched after a couple of wears. I voiced my concerns with pictures etc. and I was told they have a new seamstress and modified the skorts with less fabric. But did not address my concerns. In Nov 24 I ordered another pair for $90 unfortunately for me the elastic stretched yet again. I cannot contact them by phone and this may be my only opportunity to have them hear my concerns. It is service like this that drives a lot of us to websites like Temu and Amazon.
Greatest Customer Service and swimwear – Recently visited the store in surfers paradise. A large variety and range of Togs swimwear available. l was greeted by a staff member, who did her utmost to assist me in finding the swimwear l wanted. Staff member demonstrated knowledge of items and overall what's best suited for what your looking for. Value and good quality for money.
