Tommy Swiss Mattress Manhattan (MH03)

Don't do it!!! – I blame myself for not checking the warranty period on tommy swiss mattress' - 1 year. Is this an indication of the quality of tommy swiss mattress'? Most mattress manufacturers offer 10 year -25 year warranties. The tommy swiss mattress as purchased has proven not to be useable beyond 3 years. After 3 years the springs can be felt through the outer covering on both sides of the mattress.

The outer covering has not worn well and has compressed to such thinness that the springs can be firmy felt, not conducive to a good nights rest.

The mattress also markedly sags into the middle - a little like trying to sleep in a hammock.

The tommy swiss mattress has been regularly turned and now after just 3 years has reached the stage where it needs to be replaced - proving to be not very durable.

Dodgy company, cheap stuff, avoid! – Had to return the mattress because we don't believe in rollup mattresses. Although unable to talk to someone the first time tried to call, did receive a call back very soon. the agent on the phone sounded pleasant. Been asked to try their mattress in the warehouse that is fully extended. Will see how that works.
