myself a chuckle ' knowing the quality of the prints and what i am saving.Previously i was paying $70 for genuine cartridges of 1000 pages but now at Tonerstop i am getting x5 refills for $21.50 plus postage and with a 7yr + shelf life of the toner.I can say that i can't notice any difference in quality compared to the original cartridges.And i have experienced prompt service from this supplier to boot ! What is not to like about Tonerstop ?

They are not helpful at all, just want to sell more – They try to force me to buy a new bottle of ink even the old one can still work. Do not want to help me to refill their own cartridge.

Fantastic customer service and great products! – For many years I was using genuine cartridges and decided to shop at Tonerstop. They use quality toner cartridges, half the price of the genuine ones and quite honestly I can't tell any difference. Their customer service is fantastic, they always respond to your enquiries, very fast delivery, reliable and trustworthy. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my cartridges.

Bought OKI drum reset kit..Sent me the just a resistor – What a rip off company is Tonerstop. I ordered a set of 8 drum reset kit for OKI copier. They just sent me the resistor which cost just $1.50 each. But they charged total of $54 for it. Stay away from this company!

Great - No Serious Problem – Toner seems good quality, instructions provided and they sent sweets with the delivery - toffee's (not for me, I'll lose a tooth and it'll become a false economy!) The only issue was that the instructions were slightly out for my model, I'm sure I'm the exception rather than hte rule. Brother printer making it harder for me. Delivery prompt. Cheapest around - internationally and domestic. Recommended

Seemed good at first – After being a client for a long time my recent experience has completely soured the relationship. I purchased 3 toner refills for a Canon printer and after refilling the 1 toner, within 50 pages the fuser roller disintegrated. could easily sell the unopened refills but couldn't care less about the amount I've purchased from them and refused to help.

Don't expect customer service and don't expect any extra help! Toner is cheap Service is woeful, communication slow

Quick delivery and fantastic products that will reduce your printing cost by about 70% – The refills are excellent. We are running one older Epson and a new HP and could not be happier with the product and service (fast delivery, good instructions etc). Buy from them and you won't regret. The cartridges are easy to refill and the printing quality is excellent. I only spend maybe 5 minutes to refill the cartridge and that saves me a lot of money without compromising on quality.

Don't let the sweets fool you – Yes the sweets are just the beginning of a decaying customer service. They had sent me the wrong order - despite a phone call and several emails, at the end of the day, one is just left dangling. The owner will continually remind you that his time is so much more important than dealing with you. End result - you'll get more than tooth decay.… Read more

Reasonable prices when they get the order right. Ultra poor customer service and potential for wrong deliveries to be not rectified. Plus toner smells.

Laser Toner Refill - great on all counts – Just received and fitted a refill for an x264dn and it's perfect! The price was great, delivery was fast and the refill was dead simple (the instructions are tops!). Just printed the first sheet and am very impressed (more so by saving >$100 on the cartridge replacement). They also included 2 free fantales which totally ruined my diet! ;-) Would recommend these guys! quick, easy, works

Excellent – I use to be afraid of laser printers because of their pricey cartridges and their non-refillable cartridges. sticky tape. The cartridge was as good as new, it was not different from the original cartridge except I didn't spent over $100. Refilling toner cartridges was easier than ink jet. It doesn't have the messy ink problem and clogged ink heads. Just make sure you don't do it out in the garden and read the instruction carefully. Effected toner refills that does not cause streaks. Saves you hundreds of dollars on toner cartridges. Really good bottles that allows the contents to be easily poured into the cartridge. Their cartridge comes with reset chips. Fast delivery. depending on the type of cartidge you may have to spend a little on a hole tool to burn a hole into the cartridge.
