Bought to go on a too hard mattress . Ultimately too thin . Shoulder area is slightly more comfortable but now pressure on my hip .

Shipping was fast, which was great. Unfortunately the product itself is not as advertised. Days after unpacking and it is still like sleeping on plasticine, except with the bonus chemical smell which is terrible. Now I find it can't be returned for refund because it's been used.
