Told me the ikea kitchen cabinet could not be assembled. I went to ikea, took photos of assembled cabinet, open and closed, next to other cabinets. Sent photos to installer who ignored them. weeks later received quote for his preferred cabinets and not using the rails to mount some cabinets. Received call asking for second chance after I rejected quote. Never heard from them again.
Couldn't install my IKEA kitchen because [Name Removed] (Too Ezi ) made wrong measurements. And don't want to refund my deposit. No reply to my emails and lying over the phone. I paid $828.10 and $924.30 , but according their term and conditions it should be much less, because it should be 10% only. Which makes $488. Another thing, in their price… Read more
list I was given IKEA each cabinet installed cost $145 without appliances and $215 with appliances. But they charged me way over price. I asked to break invoice,but they refuse it. I had to contact IKEA , because IKEA recommended me them. And just after that I received breaking invoice and prices much more expensive than in their official price list which TooEzi provided IKEA. I asked help again from IKEA,but they said not much they can do about it. I opened case in my bank against this fraud. It's illegal to keep my deposit without doing anything. Avoid TooEzi by any cost.

unprofessional, items were missed from the quote and contract and the kitchen was supposed to be completed by May, starting in March and is still not completed now in August. By going through this company, we wasted thousands on having to eat takeout every night which added to the costs of the renovation. At every stage there were delays or poor workmanship as well as terrible communication. At one point they even told me that I was wrong and hadn’t asked for something I did. The overseas call centre are no help, often saying they will get back to you in a certain time frame and then never do. I’ve even had them come to do a site review and they got the kitchen to a “working state” but nothing to do with rectifying poor workmanship. I am now in the process of having to contact QBCC and possibly go to QCAT to get this kitchen completed. Examples of poor workmanship include - kickbacks not secured or adhered to the wrong, no siliconing or finishing of the cabinetry or rangehood, terrible tiling as you will see in photos. Expensive too!
Follow-up · I would make sure the contract with them has very clear instructions on if they don’t complete the task on time and the repercussions as well as if services need to be rectified - a timeline of when it has to be completed.
