Zero after sales support on faulty items – Using their on-line service, I purchased a Toledo profile contour gauge from Tool King (Tools and Equipment). It arrived with one of the four magnets "built into side of body for easy storage and fastening to metal profiles", missing. the gauge and noticed the missing magnet, I took a photo and attached it to an email to Tool KIng. Tool King did not respond and have continued not to respond. Tool King claimed that the gauge was made of quality materials. My experience is that neither the gauge, nor Tool King present as high quality.
