“Give me my money” – Recently bought the body scrubber & back scrubber w/hook. Body scrubber - not a comfortable & firm grip on the palm while using it. Stay away! Worst customer service. Questioning if it's a scam still – Can I give zero stars? This company is a huge scam - do not buy!!! Whoever their "customer service" is is the absolute worst and after making an error, they refuse to help amend it or make anything right. They all but said " we regret to inform you that your S.O.L. sincerely, Hazel. I've never seen a worse customer service. I'd rather go to the DMV or call Comcast than ever deal with this banking company.
I wish it worked as good as it looks – I love the look of the product and the wall Mount is about the only thing that works. I found that handle on the back scrubber is to hard and it doesn’t give a comfortable hold to try and scrub the back. Maybe the brush area is to flat. I still use my scrub ball to exfoliate my skin as I don’t feel like this product works as well as it should. Disappointed as I really love the look of these products. Disappointed Over Customer Service – The Products so far seems great. Just disappointing to see that once you make an order, you cannot cancel or amend it, even if you do it straight after. Highly Overpriced - Vendor not confident to offer Google reviews – When I initially put the scrub king, full scrubber set in the shopping trolley costing $153 then the mirror was offered as a free gift. I was unable to apply the discount code. requested to offer the free mirror but my request was not honoured. The free face scrubber doesn't come with the holder so it was a sales agenda for sure and it is of no use since I bough the scrubber set. I bought similar body, scalp, back and face scrubber from AE and it was 10 times cheaper and I did a comparison and the cheap ones are much softer and produces more foam. Highly overpriced product and very shrewd and inefficient business process. Delivery was also delayed and not as quick as promised. The body scrub causes minor irrititation.
Shipping lies – $40 for shipping such a small item does not make sense. They followed this up with my 2-7 day shipping INSTANTLY turning to 15 days before the item even shipped. This company is a fraud
The immovable objects – Despite the assertions in the website that these can be removed and reapplied when you move house, I have just had to HACK these off my shower to get them out. Don't waste your Money – I saw the many 5 star reviews on Facebook about how fantastic this product was. Clearly all bad reviews are removed. All I can say that is you are wanting to replace your Loofah, then DO NOT purchase this product. The silicone fingers are too stiff to even get a decent lather of soap and will find yourself using much, much more than you normally would with a normal bath sponge and loofah. NOT RECOMMENDED! Save your money – Bought the hook and scrubber duo on the black friday sale. Hook doesn't stick to the shower wall and the scrubber creates zero suds from shower gel. Waste of money. Show details

Terrible product, terrible everything. Not worth the price – Product is terrible. Body scrubber doesn't lather up, it's like putting the product in your hand and apply it like lotion. Wall hook doesn't stick, falls off after a couple of minutes. Mirror is very sub par, watching slowly slide down the wall. For the price of the products, you're better off buying loofahs, they do a way better job. I DO NOT recommend too any one. Show details
Easy to rinse and clean. Designed for a man's hairy body – I use the Tooletries face and body scrubber regularly as an exfoliater. They are great because the bristles move around the hair not over it. I had to change to putting the soap on my body. But the benefit is the products rinse and dry quickly. They don’t stick! – Totally useless product. Stuck to wall when first applied but fell off a few minutes later. Prepped wall with alcohol to ensure no film first. Won’t hold anything. Don’t measure up to the hype at all! Show details
I'm a fool - I was marketed to! – I should have checked ProductReview.com.au first. My order arrived today and after using it for tonight’s shower, I am beyond disappointed in each item. wetting it with hot water to avoid it fogging up. Well as soon as I wet the mirror, it fell straight down the wall and scratched the front of the mirror as it tipped forward. You can find an attached photo.
Secondly, the Body and Face Scrubbers. They are way too soft and do NOT get any where close to building up a lather. Like none at all. My body wash, and my face wash weren't even staying on the scrubber to apply it. It felt like I was basically dragging wet silicone across my body. I normally use my hands to apply my face wash, and they build up a lather far greater than the scrubber could.
Lastly, the packaging. Why is there so much single-use waste?! The items are covered in plastic, and waxed cardboard. You don’t need this much packaging when you’re an online store (actually, you don’t even need this much for a display store).
I have since emailed Tooletries to explain my disappointment with their products and arrange for me to return the items, but they are now hand-balling me between "customer support agents". Firstly I was offered 40% refund like a cheap overseas eBay store. When I disagreed and said that I want my full refund, they offered 50%. When I declined that, arguing again that the products were rubbish, they forced a 50% refund without my authorisation.
I now have an open dispute with Visa to get my money back.
Here's some irony for you (copied and pasted directly from the Tooletries website): "Our founders (and brothers), [Name Removed] and [Name Removed], created Tooletries because they were tired of overpaying for plastic shower accessories that were poorly designed and had below-par functionality."
Way Too Soft – It's a really soft product, feels great, I've been using it to apply lotion because I like the way it feels, but it's no exfoliator. Way way way too soft, I don't understand how they're marketing it as an exfoliator. For what it costs, it's terrible. Show details
Underwhelming – I would have liked the bristles to be a bit firmer. It doesn't feel particularly "scrubby" and I also can't get a good lather with either bar soap or body wash, which means the bristles just stick to the skin, making it harder to scrub unless I constantly re-soap. Pretty disappointing considering the price paid. I left this feedback on their website and, unsurprisingly, it was removed to maintain a 5 star rating. Show details
