Toolex

If I could give them a minus score for their service, or lack of it, I would. I had to open an account with them in order to purchase a spare part grinding wheel for my Drill Sharpener (which would easily fit in the smallest Australia Post satchel) but when I put my address in the account it wouldn't let me make my purchase. I contacted Toolex to ask if they could enter my address for me and the salesperson known as [Name Removed] answered "Toolex does not ship to TAS." I replied "Why not? Australia Post delivers everywhere in Australia!" I then got the reply "We do not use Australia post to ship our orders. We do not ship to WA, NT and TAS any other state is fine." I wonder if she also doesn't ship to Aborigines, or gays, or Muslims, or is it just males? What pathetic customer service and ridiculous non-sensical answers. Strangely though when I phoned I was put through to a male salesman at a company sharing the same building complex and the same stock shelves and part numbers as Toolex, known as Gasweld Tools, who would and did sell and ship this part to me in Tasmania using Australia Post. Is the Toolex Industrial’s saleswoman sexist, racist (even if it's just from one state to another) or just too lazy to get off her behind and put the part into an Australia Post satchel?
