Terrible experience – I have no idea how this company is still in business. I paid a 60% deposit for a number of timber windows. Every time I received the drawings the measurements were incorrect and/or items were missing. After constant emailing and calls, I finally received my order over twelve months after I paid. They were unable to deliver everything and I got a refund in instalments after chasing for several months.

Terrible ordeal - worst business I have worked with – I don’t know where to begin on saying how awful my experience with Top Door was. I paid a significant deposit of over 10,000 only to have months and months of “they are on their way”. They were unable to deliver but would not provide a refund. Items missing when order finally arrived. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
