The builder had another tiler try to fix it, but had him tile over the top of the newly tiled wall which created another problem with the "Fienza invisicab" cabinet so that there is a large wad of silicone on the sill, to deal with the double thickness of tiles. The tile level now deviates from level by about 25mm so that the bottom of a 900mm wall is cut on an angle to match the level of the out of level tiles. The builder now refuses to rectify it because it hurts his bottom line. He acknowledges that they are out of level and states that "it is just aesthetic" but refuses to fix it.
