Would give zero stars if it was an option – It took 4 hours to move a 1 bedroom apartment less than a kilometre. Literally 15 items with no assembly or disassembly required! The removalists must be watched at all times to keep them accountable. They lost part of my bed and when I was finally able to contact them to get it back - they blamed me for losing it! They are deceitful, slow and I wouldn't recommend Top Removals Brisbane even if their service was free of charge. Do yourself a favour and do not book them.
Best price I was offered and great service – 17 boxes and several other items. From Brisbane to Rockhampton. The move was started and finished on time. The contact person was very helpful in sorting out our storage options in Rockhampton as we could not pick up on the delivery date. Very pleasant experience.

Inexperienced removalists and untrusted company – Small move of 18.7 cubed meters just mainly furniture from Doolandella to Forest Lake about 5km distance. Booked 8am but arrived at 8.15am. I booked a 6 tonnes truck (30 cubed meters) to save time arrange stuffs but they sent me a 4 tonnes truck and charged me a 6 tonnes one. As a result, some furniture were left there as no more space. Quite slow, prolong the time, some furniture were damaged. To avoid damage my house, I just ask them to take fridge,washing machine,buffet,tallboy in. The rest put in garage and back yard to shorten the time and avoid damage. Upload took nearly 1.30 hour and unload 1hour, total 2.5 hours longer than we expect as not many stuffs, all are ready in the garage.Buffet broke leg,sofa was tear, fridge was scratched...I confirmed with the removalist it is a 4 tonnes truck after he has gone as it looks small and I measured it and the fact is no more space left. I called the office and [name removed] total 24 calls, finally someone talked to me. I think they locked my number before that's why it didn't ring and automatically turned off. [name removed] is the one who closed the deal with me but he asked me to call dispatch manager, I called him and he said because my furniture are big that's why they didn't fit all and said it is a 6 tonnes truck. I disagree, that's nearly 8 cubed meter difference, how come no more space. You just need to measure the truck box,you can work out the cubed meter as its capacity,not just what you tell me what it is. If relying on your system to calculate and choose the truck is unreliable, why you still use it.He said will investigate and call me back,but never call. Liar, cheated company, this is not just happen to me. This may be their trick. My advice, if you suspect the wrong truck sent to you, measure it, take picture of truck size and its plate, call the office straight away. Never use it again and never recommend it. Avoid them ! Overcharged me nearly $55
Shocking....Don't use – Absolutely disgusting service. Rude staff once they get your job. I had my credit card debited without my authority & for an amount more than what my quote was for. Belongings damaged (including carpet which they wanted me to take to them?). I contracted them for 40m3, and yet they only allowed 35m3, we know this because we measured the truck, therefore some of my belongings were left behind. I was abused by the very rude Dione who told me it was my fault that they lost a job because they overbooked the truck. A male from the company left voice message on my phone, telling me he was going to come see me at my home. DON'T USE THEM, SHOCKING SERVICE!!!!
