My package was lost from the courier, I’ve spent 8 weeks trying to get responses from their customer service, finally determined the package was lost and was told a replacement item would be dispatched over and over then they’ve refunded me with no communication whatsoever. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. You could not pay me to use this company again.

Should have done my homework. Based out of China. Products are FAR from the expected quality for their price tags. Stay away from them. They’re a scam. Paid 189$ for something I’ve found at 50$ on Amazon. Shame on me. Show details

This place is terrible and a shame for customer service!! I ordered a night vision device that came from China and took 7 weeks for delivery. refund when I sent a picture of the device pointing out the defective slot. She acknowledged receiving the picture and promised a quick resolution after her tech people reviewed the refund request. Then Kelly went quietly away! Six emails to her over 2 weeks have received NO replies!!! I'm very upset about Kelly shutting down the communication! It was a $200 purchase! I don't give up up and will share this with my many contacts and they will flood them with negative reviews based on my experience. If we can't shut them down maybe they will be forced to change their name. Kelly, this is Rick giving you the "Stink Eye"!!

I would give 0 stars!! The business is a scam!! Don’t waste your money. I ordered a dashcam from them with completely different description to the one I received. The retailer was meant to be in Australia, I eventually received a product from China. The product was nothing like advertised! I went through their return process and have not gotten my refund in over 3 months!

Do not buy from this business. They advertise they are selling you a specific product, you get updates showing that product is coming and when it arrives,it is not what you ordered. I purchased a $400 telescope for $199, received a telescope I could have bought for $70 regular price. Do not buy from this company. I complained, received ONE reply stating an unacceptable excuse for the substitute product and then nothing else.
