acceptable and it needed to be moved. They could all use some lessons in customer service and professionalism!!!!

The bin was supposed to be delivered Friday 6th March. They emailed on Wednesday 4th to say they would be delivering it on the Thursday. I emailed back stating that no one would be home and re-confirming the location for drop off as we have just had landscaping done and I did not want it positioned on this. Sure enough, they delivered it anyway and put it exactly where I had asked them not to. My husband called, sent photos - no response, so I followed up with a call the next day - the phone call in which the man swore at me and completely disregarded the damage they had done to our landscaping, telling me it was just bloody pea gravel and to get over it! He then told me it would get moved that day.

Fast forward a week. The bin has STILL not been moved. Today is the day it is booked to be collected. I called the office to confirm this and was passed around (put on hold twice, then handed to [Name Removed]). [Name Removed] told me the bin wasn't going to be collected today and that she wasn't able to even confirm that it would be collected on Monday. When I told her that this wasn't good enough and that the bin was supposed to have been moved on Monday and was booked for pick up today and that we also had additional works that are supposed to have commenced in the location their bin is in, she launched into a tirade about how I need to get a life, that if talking to people like this is what made me feel good in life then I am pathetic. I challenged her back and said that her customer service was a joke and that the whole company is a joke to which she replied "I don't get paid enough for this" and hung up on me.

DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT! If I could score them a 0/5 I would!!!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Our skip bin was supposed to be picked up nearly 2 weeks ago, however, the very unprofessional office staff (Christine & Katrina) promise it will be picked up each day, only to find out from their delivery driver that they haven’t even scheduled the pick up! They are playing games, which is both reckless and irresponsible. I have reached out to the owner, Greg Scott, so hopefully he will sort it out. Very Disappointing.

seen the bin. The office lady said she will ring the driver and get back to me and never got back. I called them back again in late afternoon just to be told I have to pay extra $80 call out fee to move the bin. Poor service

apparently, they attempted to collect on the Saturday 12/07/2025 I advice the driver we only got the bin yesterday, he advised oh [Content Removed] don't know why it's on the list I'll get them to take it off and collect Thursday 7day hire.

They collected the bin this morning Monday 14/07/2025.

I called asking why bin was collected apparently cause I put the date for collection date same as delivery date, I said well normally it's a 7 day.

The receptionist put me on hold to call the driver to attempt to stop collection when this couldn't be done the blaming started oh you did this you did that, and because she couldn't deal with the situation she put me through to a male, who was no help at all! I told him the situation and what was said, condridicting themselves.

Would let speak, "you put down same day collection of delivery they don't collect same day unless specificed advised what the driver had said then was told to take the driver out of the equation hes not apart of this.

I said so what I paid $615 to be ripped off by youse! I want my money back or the bin, His solution was I pay a tip fee of $300 and they will bring the bin back!

I have hired bins before they only reason I went with this company was because the company I usually use was fully booked out.

Very rude and unprofessional, customer service skills and common sense is whats needed at this business.

DO NOT HIRE FROM THEM YOULL REGRET IT!

Lies, delays, rude. "Drivers don't have mobile phones", next day "I'll call the driver". Collection 5 days late while skip in middle of drive. One star reviews for 2 years says they don't care about their customers.

Terrible customer service! Organised weeks in advance for a delivery one day and pick up the next. House only has the driveway for street frontage and so wanted to minimise the time the house was inaccessible. I have to call to confirm a time and they say well will aim for before 3pm. tomorrow, but that doesn’t work with peoples schedules to change times and days especially if you take time off work to get a project done! Lo and behold like most of the reviews here they claimed they had a few sick drivers today and then later called to say the truck with my bin on it had broken down. Even with that they couldn’t guarantee a time the next day and then they don’t operate over the weekend so wouldn’t be able to pick up till next week and again couldn’t confirm which day! Useless! Wish I’d looked at the reviews first!!!

GO elsewhere. Don't waste your money. Ordered a bin from 20-25 Feb paid $315 bin was delivered 11.30 on the 20th and collected 7.30am 24th lost 2 days of hire. The bin sides were liw as well. I called them twice still not resolved.

Poor service and zero customer service – Used twice. delivered 1 day late on both occasions and picked up 3 days late. Also cause $1000 of damage to kerb driving over with skip wagon. Will not be using again.

Disgusting – Bin was dropped not on delivery date. Driver was lovely. When I called to say hey what's going on all I got was we are busy. We didn't have time to tell you... but you had time to type it out and change the schedules for your drivers. The response after I said that was no there was a driver in your area. Someone is lying. They delivered on time BUT thats where there customer service stops – These people are dodgy, they'd make a good current affair story... after making a legitimate (poor) google review I was phoned by a very rattled, rude female making demands of me. In a country that can sometimes be overwhelming with its laws HOW do shonky operators like this still exist??? Show details

Useless. Pathetic service – Only reason I have one star is because that is as low I could go. Useless bunch of clowns. Bin is now 24 hours late and no way of contacting them. Booked for the day before I needed it and then told could not. I’ll be asking for my money back.

if not today I would have to cancel trades so could they send larger skip but the answer was still no ???. Then they asked if I wanted a refund. I was a bit taken back by this question as I’m not sure who pays for a service that they haven’t received??? I said yes, they asked for my card details (which I provided) but when it transpired I’d paid with PayPal they said I should do the refund because if they refunded my card directly - i could refund by PayPal and get 2 refunds (WHAT!). I stupidly said they should do it. When I checked my bank account they only refunded $350 not the $360 I paid. So basically they failed to provide a service and I’m out of pocket whilst also insinuating that I’m dishonest!?! I’m not sure how this company still does business…

Do not recommend – Do not recommend!! Bin was delivered late, picked up late. Sprinkler was clearly damaged by their truck driver whoch xould have been avoided, and the company will not take any responsibility for it "as on the t&c's on their webiste". DO NOT USE

Rubbish service – Delivery was on time....apparently I got lucky......but the thing has been parked on my lawn for 22 days now and after 4 phone calls enquiring when it will get picked up they said they had a few trucks broken down and not enough drivers....apparently that's a regular excuse....be nice if they had bothered to call and explain the delay....will not use these people ever again and would never recommend them to anyone

Little i could do efficient for work, as i was checking the phone and someone to call me. At 2pm, received an apologetic phone call, that truck has broken down on the highway, okay - things happens. What’s on offer to correct this situation ? Nothing, but Monday delivery. Not good for us, as it was specifically booked for the weekend. Asked for immediate refund and to send the receipt of the processed refund. Nothing happened. On Monday evening, my bank account is still missing $605 for the bin. So, will see what happens with my money. To All Stay Away from this company

sent 1.24pm saying delivery would not happen today and it had been rescheduled for Saturday. Saturday rolls around and I tried calling 9am to get "please contact us during our opening hours". Nothing at all by 1pm, no call, no email, no delivery. My partner and I needed the skip asap, its tome sensitive in nature, thus why I booked for Friday. So we went on the hunt and literally the only option available was a towable Mobile Skip that we picked up at a Bunnings two suburbs over, for $480... We needed it, so we paid it and brought it home. This morning just before 8am these people have the AUDACITY to try to deliver this skip 3 DAYS LATE! We refused delivery and yet again emailed them. So far there have been multiple emails stating that we request a refund, in between all this rigmarole, with another sent this morning after their delivery attempt. They have responded a couple of times to my partner only, and stated they dont refund, and they have also called us liars over the cost of the bin we successfully hired through Bunnings. These people are rude, unreliable, and not worth anyone wasting their money on. They may be the cheapest, but that's for a reason. Pay the extra $20 and go with the next company available - but check the reviews first! I wish I had!!

Can't believe it! – I cannot believe this company's only role is to drop off and pick up rubbish! They charge a lot for a bin and take the money real quick. But, where is the bin? Waited all day Friday for this bin, tried calling and nothing! Please take reliable out of your equation.

until another staff come in and also was informed there was no 6metre cube bin available for the week. No apology, not accepting responsibility, just asked to wait. When I expressed my anger and frustration over this, I was offered to be paid back. Loan work already started, I was left nowhere unable to get skip bin for next day and finally managed to book one. Total waste called back after second booking and said they would be able to provide bin next day. What was most upsetting was not that they did not provide bin, but the irresponsibility and indifference shown when I was in total frustration.
