they help cleanse the liver which is the end goal. Eating foods not listed will only offset the benefits from completing the detox properly and just defeats the purpose of even doing a detox in the first place. The biggest side effect I experienced was due to the caffeine withdrawals as I had headaches and body aches and pains for 2-3 days. This however was beneficial in showing me the effect that caffeine was having on my body. Afterwards I felt so energised I didn’t need caffeine to start my day, however for me it’s hard to break away from energy drinks which is why I do the detox semiannually. At $60 the cost is fine. Besides, you can’t put a price on how great it makes you feel at the end of it.

You cut out A LOT of food groups on this detox so make sure your prepared mentally and you have a stocked fridge. The first 3 days I experienced fatigue and a head ache but after that I felt fine and went on to do it for the full month.

Warning – The Carusos Diet should warn people they need to strictly follow the meal plans because if they dont they may get violently ill. I had too spend hours in emergency and several hundreds of dollars with later for test , due to severe chest pains only to find out it was just gas due to the Caruso diet. Show details
