TFK, I was immediately put off by the salesperson’s attitude. They were dismissive and seemed more interested in pushing a particular product on me than answering my questions. Despite my reservations, I ended up paying $450 for what I thought was a high-quality product.

When I got the item home, it was clear that something was wrong. The product looked and felt cheap—nothing like the quality I was led to believe. It turns out that 80% of their inventory consists of knock-offs, with a cheap logo slapped on by hand to make it look genuine. They don’t tell you this upfront, and by the time you realize it, you’re stuck with a subpar product.

To make matters worse, the quality was so poor that the item started falling apart within hours. The plastic was brittle, the logo began peeling off almost immediately, and overall, the product was unsafe and poorly made. I can’t believe I spent $450 on something so low-quality and unsafe, especially for children.

After seeing the review that was just posted today, it’s clear that my experience wasn’t a one-off. TFK is misleading customers and selling products that are dangerously low in quality. I wish I had known this before making my purchase. Do yourself a favor and avoid this store at all costs

I called a too my surprise they only have a 3 month warranty and we’re not willing to help. I will never purchase anything from this store and encourage you all to look elsewhere as there product are faulty and warranty terms are hidden. I’ll be taking my complaint further to the ACCC legally they are obliged to provide a reasonable consumer guarantee. More so the service I received when raising this fault was atrocious.

Amazing gifts – I recently purchased a couple of vehicles. I was impressed by the product and the service I had. The team was welcoming and friendly. My nephew and niece were over the moon by the gifts. As they reside in the country side, the cars are in good use. Show details

how can the two colours be mixed up ? Later I was told that my " order is no longer available " and my item is out of stock! And there was nothing else they could do but give me a refund! the motors 4x 12 Volt then told me it's 48Volt .. when i checked the charger says 12Volt so how charger 12Volt use for 48volt car as he said , also when checked the speed on the apps found it's 6km/h , so I start more search to find that there is no kids car as 48Volt , and the maximum for kids car is 24Volt which he doesn't have .. he tell people his cars 48volt so he can charge more money . Be ware and check your chargers , battery , instruction manual , what's the write on the motors and check speed . So in his dodgy view and this is how he scam people for more price , if the car has one motor and 6 volt mean 12volt and if has 12 Volt battery with two motors mean 24volt ( in fact the car still 12 volt and speed 7km ) also if the car has 4 motors 12volt mean 48volt ( in fact the car still 12volt and speed still 7km ) so no difference on speed between his 24volt car or 48volt cars all same speed , can any one explian then how 48volt in logic should be double speed of the other type .. he is so funny and use his customers so in his view if the car has 6 motors mean 60 volt --- How funny he use us as customers doesn't have good knowledge abought these items ...pls Do your research before you buy from these dodgy people I did not know at the beginning as I looked at their google reviews and thought they are honest till I found these reviews on google fake and they have made by him ..
