I was unable to get the Modem working, no internet signal. I received excellent help from Hely but still could not get it to work. I had a Computer specialist come to my Apartment and after a lot of work on his behalf, it is working normally. The problem seemed to come from my previous ISP, and I have now changed to another ISP.
