I made my order off the size guide measurements they provided online which were 2 sizes too big. I sent them back for a refund and it’s now been 5 weeks and have absolutely no response to my multiple attempts. Customer service doesn’t exist to them! If I could give them 0 starts I would. Paid for the additional fee to allow for exchanges incase size doesn’t fit. Received items - didn’t fit so sent back. Has been 2 months and have not received the new exchanged items. They come up with excuses when they reply as to why exchange order not fulfilled. Be careful when purchasing! Has given me scam company vibes!

No customer support – My order was wrong, no customer support whatsoever, absolutely 0. Would never order from them again!!! Have sent 3 emails, nothing back. Do yourself a favour and shop ANYWHERE else!!
Too difficult to get assistance. Definitely only respond generally – Trying to navigate or communicate was not easy. Staff either phone or email speak generally and make it more difficult.

Very helpfull – Courier lost my package and wasn't responding. Tradewear replied to my email instantly and found my package for me. Very helpfull.
very poor service - shipping time abysmally slow – Having placed an order and after 2 days not having received shipping advice, I enquired and was informed their shipping policy was: "Orders will be dispatched within 5-7 working days of payment". The operative phrase here is "working days", so if a weekend is included in this time frame it means your order may not be dispatched until 9 days after… Read more
they take your payment (in my case it was by PayPal, so they have the funds immediately). The lengthy waiting time for shipping is noted on their website, but only if you select "delivery" at the bottom of the page - easily overlooked as I did.
There are a number of other online workwear retailers offering same day shipping, my advice would be to go with one of these and avoid TradeWear... unless you don't mind waiting...and waiting...and waiting to receive your order.
