Tradies Workwear and Safety

Worst ever! I purchased two pairs of pants for my apprentice (Order number: WO162849) and contacted them twice about exchanging them for the next size. Zero response and zero customer care. This is a breach of consumer rights, and I will be lodging a formal complaint. You just cannot treat consumers with such disregard. PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THIS STORE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT TREATS YOU AS THEY SHOULD UNDER AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW (ACL).

Ordered 3 shirts, the same brand, all Large. 2 of the shirts were 70mm longer in length and sleeves 15mm longer than one other (which was a perfect fit.) Try to avoid. Nasty when things go wrong – Purchased a work pullover following the "fitment guide" When pullover arrived it was more like a tent. The guide is useless. Then when I asked to return it I expected like most places they would just issue a return authorisation and that is that.
