SCAM SCAM SCAM The course material is old, however it still counts. But YOU DO NOT GET A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION. The customer service is practically nonexistent. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM

Do not use this company. You will not get a certificate. Im $180 down the drain and over one weeks income lost so far. Total scam

If i could give this company a zero I would. Rarely answer calls or reply to emails. It is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I have made a formal complaint through service NSW and Transport NSW. The communication is absolutely appalling and even when Transport NSW tried to call [Name Removed] many times, they couldn't get through and said they would investigate and pass on their own complaint. Don't use this company!!! – DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! These people are hopeless! Licence to deliver this program needs to be revoked!!! I thought perhaps it was just me but it looks like this is normal practice. Jill and Rizi do you actually exist? Waited a month to get certificate, then they send it without a provider number. Don't answer calls or emails!

Be very wary as difficult to get proof of doing this course – Huge amount of follow up required to get certificate that is required by the RTA. Multiple emails, phone calls and messages with no reply. Very poor communication. Course itself legitimate but of no use as it is very difficult to get the proof that you did it through the company. Only when ombudsman was to become involved did we receive the certificate. Show details

Don’t do the course with this company – Do not use this company no communication just a money grab

Course content good but don't expect them to honour their refund – The course is pretty good but if things don't go your way and you decide to exercise their guarantee of a refund then don't be disappointed if you don't get it because I'm quite confident you wont. Basically their refund guarantee is a scam.
