were given a six month lead time. The trailer was delivered to Sydney on time and we had it registered in NSW without any problems. Following a major road trip the latches securing the lid of the trailer failed due to metal fatigue. Ian immediately sent a replacement pair. Last weekend I broke a small press-fit component for the pneumatic suspension. The fault was mine, but Ian again, in record time, had a replacement part in the mail at no cost to me. It is very pleasing to have that level of service from Trailmaster Industries.

The trailer that changed our travelling lives – This trailer is perfect for our travelling setup. Dust and water is not an issue and you'd be surprised at how much you can store inside. scramble track in the Grampians, not planned, but also not an issue! Couldn't believe how well it handled the situation (better than my wife, she was having a heart attack haha!). Louis and the team have been amazing, nothing is too much to ask of them and the service and quality that they provide is second to none. The team expedited our order for us as we were only passing through their area and helped us with every step along the way, including selling our old trailer. I wouldn't change a thing about our trailer, its light, you can't even feel it behind you and does everything it promises.

Highly recommend Active Pod Pioneer and Overlander rooftop tent – Trailmaster provide a superior customer service experience second to none. Timelines were met and promises kept. We went with the Active Pod Pioneer and an Overlander Rooftop tent. Easy to tow, reverse and we can remove the lid when we want. It also has a galvanised frame and has a larger storage space. Industries has a knack for providing a consistent quality customer experience, being responsive, and goes above and beyond to seal the deal but without the high pressure salesman tactics.

In terms of the trailer - quality parts, well designed, and smooth to tow. Remember that 2006 Honda Accord advert ‘when things just work’, same thing with the ActivePod trailer.

The last thing I’ll say is that Ian said he would have the trailer ready on ‘x’ date, he was 1 day late, his excuse was the COVID 5 day February lock down in Victoria. No one’s perfect! Well done Ian you have the right business formula - no wonder your ActivePod trailer is selling like hot cakes!

When I picked up the trailer the experience was just as good, the team were very friendly and showed me around the trailer taking the time to make sure I understood how to use it to the fullest. Since then we have been out on multiple trips and the overriding comment I have to make about the product is it's outstanding quality. Every area of the trailer has been thoroughly thought through and built with a quality that is rare and perfectly suited to Australian conditions. We like to get out a lot and the trailer has been awesome to carry all our gear in a neat organized way to make the most of every trip.
