website and horrific reviews, and after some more searching I found trampoline web and warehouse, who sadly also had some bad reviews although it really does seem to be a mistake.

The products are fantastic (we had some issues with no instructions but they were promptly emailed to me and some issues with the webbing on the pads but my husband sorted that out and the company is updating the info). Took longer than I would have liked to assemble but I think that is just the nature of the trampoline enclosure and no fault of the company. The enclosure and pads look great and seem very sturdy. The staff were very kind and helpful and replied to all my emails very quickly. I would highly recommend them and will be buying our future trampolines and products from them.

Good trampoline, no problems with the supplier – We bought a 14' trampoline from these guys for our youngest's birthday. The people on the phone were courteous and accommodating and they had it delivered to us in Ipswich the next business day. The trampoline is a bit squeaky and noisy when a few of the kids are on it at the same time, but it's heaps of fun and none of them have broken any bones yet :) affordable, local supplier

Had my own delivery driver go there – Had my own delivery driver go there to pick up trampoline to ship to Vietnam. Frank. At the warehouse was unable to assist driver in anyway. 1st visit nobody to be found in warehouse at all.. pls. Spend yr Money on a better product no matter if it costs a little More.. absolutely [censored word removed] service..

Terrible Customer Service – Ordered a trampoline for Christmas, parts of it arrived today but no poles. Can't contact Trampoline Warehouse and freight company doesn't want to know about it. Buyer beware - not professional - they oversell on stock they don't have – Buyer beware, this company will take your order and your money but don't have the stock. receipt only to be told that they had sold out and the stock that was on the floor was for other customers, the guy at the warehouse was rude and offensive, my husband was disgusted at how he was treated.....

We are waiting for confirmation that our money has been refunded.

Take a tip from someone that has had the misfortune of dealing with these guys.... buy form someone else!

did not make sense and were not even written in sentences i could understand, and did not correspond with the parts we had! I tried to contact trampoline warehouse to send back the product and get a refund, but they are not calling/ emailing back. Do not buy from trampoline warehouse! Where's our trampoline? – Trampoline ordered 21Nov12 as a Christmas present for my kids. It's now the 22 dec12 and still no trampoline. To make matters worse no one seems to care! Called trampoline company they tell me to call their freight company? Sorry I thought I purchased the thing from them not the freight company. Can't get through to either now. there are often freight delays, but the lack of support or service from trampoline warehouse is as bad as I have experienced and I do business with suppliers from all over the world, so I have a lot of experiences to draw from.

My advice, don't bother using this company. It is not worth the hassle and they don't deserve your business!!

buck to the courier company than take responsibility and ship us the missing parts, or issue a refund. Their website claims 3-5 days delivery, so we're now into our 3rd week! Because of them we have no present to give our son on his birthday.

Please, buy your trampoline somewhere else and save yourself a lot of time and hassle.

Rude and unhelpful customer service. Makes promises but does not deliver.
