Worst agency – WORST AGENCY. Dont book any tickets in this one . 3rd of march My father's try to go Melbourne to sri lanka. first he went sydney then unfortunately sydney to srilankan flight cancel but they didnt informed it. Then my father went sydney after travel syndney he know cancel other flight . We called before one day to confirm flight they confirm that is the sadness story. I kindly request you to that dont purchase any tickets in travel shine. Please andalso please dont this kind things to people

EXCELLENT SERVICE – I have travelled with Travel Shine many times. What a great bunch of people. Very efficient. Very helpful. I always get the best price and would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

Terrible service if you want to change something – I had to cancel a ticket and have been chasing these guys for 11 days now. I cannot start the refund request to the airline directly because Travel Shine owns the control, but they keep avoiding us. An email, a reminder and 8 days after, I called them and got a rude response that they have a backlog and are busy, and promised to send me information by the end of the day. It’s been three days since and never heard from them.

Avoid them and book through a good agent or even through the airline directly. They won’t help you after they get their share. Shameful.
