AND FILLERS. She claims she will pay people back on so and so day then when the day comes she ignores calls. She is a professional LIAR AND THIEF. We are going to come at her through every legal avenue possible.

Horrible – Zahra Rachid is a big fraud and scammer!! She has taken my money and multiple family members money!! Fake itinerary and tickets and false promises will be coming after her through every legal/criminal avenue possible!!

Fraud – Ms Zahra Rachid from the Arncliffe store, scammed our families over $30k in flights. Tickets were paid for in-full, but tickets are fake. She is rejecting calls and gone into hiding, fleeing with our money. Stay away fraudulent business. Show details

Stealer, Liar and Rude – Stole money and didn't get back to anyone after multiple attempts. Also she made a fake fb account to speak privately and was swearing and threatening because she was in the wrong Show details

Travel World Kotara – Terrible customer service. Staff told me they were too busy to email me a quote for accommodation and cruise around Hawaii. Finally got the quote after 2 weeks . itinery and we received someone else's accomadation documentation. When I emailed the manger to complain she accidentally sent me an email that was suppose to go to the staff at Travel world stating that I was a complainer and that they needed to check and double check everything they sent me because I was looking for things to complain about. She also stated in the email she would reluctantly credit me with $100 on board credit basically to shut me up. Very professional. Appalling behaviour from a person in a mangers behaviour. I recommend that if anyone uses Travel World Kotara check every document they give you. Extremely unprofessional and sloppy service all round.

Poor sloppy service

Travelworld Liverpool – Did not get what I paid for. Tried to talk to management however I received NO return phone calls, this was always left to the consultant. Booked a Cruise and paid for a double room and received a single Disabled Cabin with an extra fold up cot. NOT HAPPY: I was told by the Cruise company I got what the travel agent paid for; would NOT recommend Travelworld.

Travelworld - Richmond NSW – Consultant knows what she is doing, have dealt with her in the past in another travel agency. However the other 2 girls working in this branch should be kicked out. little joke, however little did they know I was full aware what was going on behind my back. Upon returning home I sent an email to the Agency as a customer feedback.

I received a reply back, quote "I have spoken to the other girls whom are horrified by their actions. They have explained to me it was a spur of the moment reaction, and totally unacceptable."

Now who would want to go into a shop, pay over $3k and made fun of??? Senior Travel Consultant knows her job Stupid jokes behind customers back

Excellent – Compared to other less service orientated travel agents I have booked through, Travelworld offered excellent value for money and I would highly recommend them. I got a fantastic deal and the whole experience was great. It rained a little while I was on my holiday - not Travelworld's fault.
