Avoid Trenery and country road outlet – Do not shop from Trenery or country road outlet, the clothes received looked nothing like the photos, and the materials are of poor quality. Customer service is also shocking taking 5 business days for support to respond. Show details

Disgustingly poor quality for high undeserved prices – Bought an expensive woollen cardigan. I ridiculously thought Trenery would be selling quality products especially given the price charged. But no! Cardigan started pilling on the first wear. It looks like I got it off the street. What an absolute waste of money and I never wear it because it looks soooo shoddy. Racist sales people? – This morning we waited to be served at the Chatswood store. The 2 white sale people dedicated their attention to 2 women who were obviously related. No quality control – I've purchased many of the boyfriend jeans in the past and have been happy, however I purchased 3 pair's of the Garment Dyed boyfriend jeans and each pair has a twisted leg. Some good some bad – I have shopped quite a bit from Trenery, online and in store. Very expensive for quite basic stuff. Not very fashionable but conservative style. Also Trenery has no consistent sizing. If you order online you never know what size the garment will be because they can all be different even if u are ordering the same size everytime. They also have some very racist middle aged/ elderly white women in some of their stores who are very rude to women of any other background. You will see that they are nice to other white women in the store every time but not so interested to be polite to Asian or brown people.

Rude staff – Staff are rude at the david jones Sydney city store. I recommend shopping at another location. They insisted i sit down in a corner while waiting for my wife who was trying on clothes so as to not block their display. Even after explaining i didn’t want to sit down she came back and insisted. I had to leave just to have her leave me alone.

Terrible quality jumpers – I have purchased several jumpers from Trenery over the years and been very happy. This season I purchased several jumpers and long cardigan and the quality is very poor - very bad pilling and lacking substance. Will not buy Trenery jumpers again similar quality to Kmart! Show details

Wool Jumpers – Purchased a wool jumper. Washed it in wool wash with warm water on my quality European machine wool wash setting as I do with all my wool jumpers. This one actually shrunk to a doll size!! Trenery quality control refused to help in this matter! As a loyal and frequent customer, they have lost me forever!

Clothes fall apart – Found a rip hole in new Trenery trousers after just a few wears. Pulled the fabric gently to see if this was how the hole formed, and immediately produced another hole! experience has been good quality, reasonable prices and excellent service. And that includes online purchases. I have also contacted HQ customer Service on occasion, and have received prompt, helpful and friendly service that solved my issues. Good onya Trenery . You and CR are currently my favourite clothing stores.

Trenery needs to find a new designer. And use more quality fabric. The selection is conservative – Please change your designs and use quity fabrics. I have stopped shopping in Trenery and Country Road because clothes look daggy Or baggy.
