Poor warranty service – First time i made a warranty claim for Churchill bowls with Trenton and got rejected. This batch is not even 3 months old, and we've bought a lot of Churchill china from Lumas Hospitality over the years worth thousands and thousands of dollars, and never have any problems. Very disappointed with the warranty outcome, not much help from Trenton.
