TRESemmé Anti-Breakage

Scalp allergy – I really enjoyed the way my hair looked and felt after the initial wash with this product. Unfortunately, upon continued use I started noticing an incessant scalp itch and my scalp developed small scabs. I am typically not prone to allergies, but unfortunately there is an ingredient in this shampoo that seems to have triggered something. My scalp is much drier now and it burns when using the shampoo. Clearly I have discontinued use at this time, but I would not recommend the product to anyone who may have any form of sensitivity to hair products. This is not a gentle product.

TRESemmé Anti-Breakage – The Anti-Breakage shampoo from TRESemmé does work effectively to moisturize and strengthen the hair. Even after using the shampoo for my first time, my hair felt smoother and cleaner. My hair is on the borderline of thin, which is one of the main reasons I brought this product; I hoped it would make my hair at least FEEL thicker, even if it actually wasn't. And it most certainly did, after using it for around a week my hair felt so much stronger and thicker.

The only disadvantage is that the product is very hard to locate (I had to look through all my local supermarkets and hair dressers before finding it at Hairhouse Warehouse). I wouldn't call the product expensive, but it definitely does cost a lot more then your regular shampoo ($12). Makes the hair feel smoother, thicker and stronger. Doesn't make the hair feel all oily and heavy. Easy to apply, only a small amount of shampoo is required to create a lather. Kind of expensive and hard to locate.
