Terrible company. Complete scam. Dont order. No service and no item delivered. Theyve read countless emails chasing my order but no response. Complete and utter scam. There's a reason they arent listed on googlemaps.

Still waiting for order – I ordered 2 pairs of slippers at the end of December and had an email to say that they were getting my order ready to be shipped and that they will notify me when it has been sent. 3 weeks later I have still not been notiified that it has been sent or received anything. me that the length was correct so as far as they’re concerned the shoe is true to size and I need to pay for return postage. So I’m supposed to pay $10 for delivery, $10 to return them, and be $20 out of pocket with no boots, because of their mistake (sending shoes that don’t go close to fitting). I even spoke with the manager who gave me some rubbish about all shoes being different. Will never buy from these guys again.
