Fair trading involved, more problems found,

Trevelle bankrupt Feb 2018,

Home owners insurance involved, found out that the plumbing had no fall in the bathroom and the concreter had failed to place the rebar in the concrete slab in the bathroom, house now has to be demolished, we are in the situation were the cost of Demolition, rebuild and accommodation exceeds the insurance value!

Good support from Sales – Recently build a house-Custom Jensen. The job finished on time with a nice finish. Smooth communication with their sales staff. Very happy with her service. All maintenance items has been fixed promote. They have an online software for me to access my site photos. While i was overseas, i can still access my site photos. In general, i am happy with my house.  Show details

Good customer services – Just recently settled. So far so good. There were little problems but were fixed promptly. This is my first house, so I do not have comparison on the the speed and quality, but are acceptable by me. Customer services is great. Officers are very nice. They reply promptly and help to answer my questions and solve problems. Really appreciate this aspect!!  Show details

Do Not Build with these people – Terrible in every way Bad service - bad build - stressful and shonky Fair Trading here we come Please do yourself a favour and build with someone else. They will probably go bust soon due to their bad workmanship and customer service. They are good to ask for money but that is it. Build yet to be completed and a big list of defects.  Show details

a custom we designed with Trevelle from scratch so we put a lot of trust in them to help us with making decisions on the layout which has all come together perfectly.

Found the staff to be really honest and were helpful throughout the whole build. Supervisor was great, we were kept updated each week with photos through a an app which we loved. Overall a really good experience.

A Beautiful Home – Well above my expectations , quality and workmanship on my Trevelle home was of a high standard.The management and build under the supervision of my site superviser Wayne was superb , completing the home within the allocated time frame. Communication , support and customer service within the office and out on site was first class. Would highly recommend Trevelle for their professionalism and quality of their product. Great Job – The construction site is far away from where I was living, the Trevelle Home team kept me updated regularly and answered my question quickly. Good finish and great people to work with. They are using a great apps which allows me to see photos of what was going on onsite and how the job was done. Easy to manage. Good job.  Show reply

Buyers Beware – So far full of errors and oh so slow. Workmanship leaves alot to be desired. Will on most occasions shift the blame away. Jury is out. still building. Terrible workmanship. tooo slow, Mistake ridden and still not at lock up yet.

Not complete – Building process has been slow, lots mistakes. Responds to communication quickly, very little discussions during process, should be more recommendations to owner if needed. Lots days with no work. Employees good, trades people little to be desired. Pricey. Make sure you do your homework before signing, prices, type goods you get included etc.… Read more

Have yet to see unfinished product will report back to this review when complete in few months. Design of home, employees personable, accomodating to queries. Expensive, slow, mistakes, little communication .

Making some good strides! – Since the start of the excavation (mid May), things have been moving along quite well (despite the rainy week). Now the building frames are almost complete!!! Even with some last minute changes Trevelle were very understanding to our needs.
