But these guys are nothing like that, they take pride in the work the turn out and only use good tradies and materials on their sites. My unit was built during covid times which was pretty tricky at some points, but Raman was able to keep the build on track and deliver an awesome home. complete and absolute confidence in John and his team. Communication and clarity about what is happening has been top of the range. I feel like my friend is looking after me, not a company. John knows what he is talking about and it is such a relief to be able to leave it in his capable and caring hands. the contracts and paperwork made this process easy - John ensured there was nothing overwhelming and the time was taken to ensure I understood everything.

When it came to building, I again had a very positive experience. Adam was accessible when I had questions, and communicated well throughout the project. I felt included in the process and found I didn't need to go seeking information or feedback, it was provided regularly throughout. I couldn't be happier with the finished product.

Recently, when my wife and I decided to build again, we couldn't look past Trevor Homes. The experience I had the first time round filled me with confidence that the process would again be smooth, comfortable and positive.

Trevor Homes has again taken the time to explain everything - as this process is new to my wife, Eva, they have been sure to clearly outline every part of the process to ensure she has a clear understanding and we are all on the same page. colour and tile selection completed and building permit issued. I believe that this could be finished even quicker but we had a couple of design alterations we wanted to be corrected by our draftsman.

From Trevor Company personnel you can expect perfect communication and huge help every step of the way. They have complete understanding of your needs and will answer your question even without asking. John and Andrew were always there for us and kept us informed about every step done. This is definitely not the

last project with them. We gained a great trust in them and respect for the quality of their work so much that we plan to give our home building process in their hands.

We just received the keys yesterday and felt this whole journey was a smooth ride. The contruction only took 7 months including the xmas holiday break and our Site manager Adam was a delight to work with. Nothing was ever too hard, he listened, got things done and was always happy to explain the process. Im looking forward to buying my next land to subdivide.

Just signed building contract – We are just about to build with Trevor Homes, after signing our building contract yesterday I thought I would share our positive experience so far. Yesterday we choose our colours, with very knowledgable and friendly staff Anda (Tiles) and Andrew (project manager). We are very to excited to start building and cannot thank the staff at Trevor Homes enough, from Robyn the sales consultant, John and Andrew!

Terrible – Trevor Homes ( Builder) is associated with Benlor real-estate. There mostly located in western suburbs (hoppers crossing, Tarneit, point cook, Werribee) I had so much difficulties while getting my house build through them. with a cheaper brand. Unfinished work: when it comes to colour bond fence and driveways. After settlement, informed what they missed out inside and out of the house. The aspects that are disclosed were never fixed had to go through Vcat to get things done. Don't take my word for it try and approach them and see how you will be ripped off at the end. Not Only Trevor homes but Benlor real estate agents. I lost rent and tenants due to poor management and complicated decision makings implemented by Benlor estate agents. helpful and much easier to deal with compared to the bigger companies around. i was very happy with my experience with trevor homes. my investment property was built in about 4 months and was very well constructed. i would not hesitate to work with them again. the only thing i can think of is that it was sometimes a bit confusing dealing with both the sales staff, from benlor real estate and the guys at trevor homes. but as construction went ahead, the guys at trevor homes were really great, always friendly and answered all my questions

OK – Frankly speaking, after I read these reviews, I only placed basic expectation for the builder, prayed really hard that they won't screw up big time. one must really do your home work before meeting the Project manager - Know exactly what you want. You should plan ahead for simple thing such as location of the switches, phone and TV points, whether you require trenching for new dwelling, lighting points to color selections for your tiles, bricks, gutter, windows with flyscreen and locks or not...

You must to know what is included, i.e. front landscaping and drive way, which for my case was not stated in our house contract but they throw in for free after we asked. And when it comes to those exclusions, it only means one thing - Pay extra if you want it... Quite flexible with the floor plan design for house and land package, to me it was a huge advantage, feng shui wise and their house and land package is quite affordable. The big builders such as Devine don't allow any changes to their floor plan.

I must say that their sub-contractor Callea Construction did a great job on our home :)

No tears during the building process because my site manager always kept me posted. Trevor Homes Project Manager stopped entertaining you the minute you finish choosing color for your home and would push any inquiry/discussion to the sub-contractor who was responsible for building my home. I later found out that Trevor Homes’ objective is to sell the land, not building house.
