Professional service – We had quite a complex system installed by another company. After numerous calls without any response we reached out to a local company. Trim Temp Air Facebook reviews were quite attractive. After 2hrs parts were on order and by the end of the stay the system was fully functional. The guys did a fantastic job repairing the system and now is fully operational without any faults. Thank you

Service – 7 year old ducted air stop working so I call them to have a look as it was bought and installed by them and was charged $165 service fee for a serviceman to tell me it was probably one Of 3 circuit boards and I should buy a new unit .So next day got a local air service person out to have another look he didn’t charge me and he showed me what was… Read more

actually wrong . So moral of the story don’t pay a $165 fee to be told to buy a new unit just get a company that going to help you and not try and sell you a new unit

unit, it has completely s&$t itself and we are now up for a hefty fee to get the unit repaired. Be mindful we are a family of 4 in a single storey house who use the air con on a daily basis in the midst of summer typically between 4pm-10pm.. that's it. I rang the company about 2-3 months ago to find out what could possibly had gone wrong or to provide some sort of explanation .. still waiting for that phone call. You don't spend over $10,000 on a "larger unit" to have it die before its time, my $39 Kmart slow cooker has lasted longer than the unit this company installed. Please do your research and do yourself a favour..... go elsewhere.

Great service with price to match – Had 3 Split system units installed. The boys arrived on time, worked hard all day till they finished. Cleaned up and even put things back into place. Very happy With our Daikin units. Whisper quiet with a price to match. Thank you Andrei and Trim Temp Air.

Avoid – We had ducted air con installed in our house (over $10,000 spent) yet it doesn't work in our bedroom while the rest of the bedrooms are like igloo's, we still have to sleep with a fan on in our room while the air con is going. Comparetive price and excellent service – We have asked Trim Temp Air Conditioning to replace our old ducted air condition and installed two new individual air condition units because they quoted us a very comparetive quote. On the day of the installion, they came with two trucks and four workers to insure all the work done within same day. They worked though the day, finished everything and cleaned up as they promised. We are extremly happy with their works and professional maner.
