Will not price match anything. Deceitful – Don't waste your time unless you know for sure that you are getting a good price. There are much cheaper places to buy your pet products from, such as budgetpetproducts, that actually have customer service as well. As soon as you ask for a price match, they will either ignore you or come back with a lame excuse on why they cannot match the price. Quick Postage They do not price match. Why do they state they price match when on 4 separate occasions, they refuse to? False advertising

Unable to contact - querying price match - Trixan won't return messages – Sent query to Trixan 08/12/12 regarding their price match guarantee as I have found a cheaper price with another supplier. Still waiting for a call from them. Left message today 11/12/12 on their 1300 number again outlining my query, still no call from them. I used to purchase all of my products from Trixan but not sure about their ethics anymore. Appear to be avoiding my query.

The winners - Reggie and me! – Can't believe it - ordered yesterday afternoon, delivered this morning. The sudden warm weather brought on an early flea infestation in my cat, we had used our last flea capsule and the local supermarket was out of cat flea treatments.
