I should have read the reviews before buying these pruners. Firstly, I couldn't unlock to open them, so had to use WD40 but now they won't lock closed. They are so blunt, it's a joke. What a waste of money!

I bought the cutters with the pouch but not worth anything it can’t even prune roses , looks nice but there the worst things that I have ever bought from Bunnings.

Bad product – Really bad product and design. It keeps breaking. Don't be fooled by lifetime warranty. Absolute rubbish product and Bunnings will not support unless you have an invoice proof of purchase

These ratchet secateurs are just rubbish – I can't believe my cheap ones I bought from Aldi are chalk a cheese. Your rachet secateur is rubbish.

Absolute rubbish – I bought basic bypass pruners and the more heavy duty version of the secateurs, whatever they are called. The springs fell out of both. Repeatedly. The little red grommets also dropped out. At present I'm still looking for one spring and one grommet somewhere in the garden... one from each set. What a waste of time and money.

Bad quality and worse lifetime warranty – Bought a post hole shovel some time in the last few years from Bunnings. The pole snapped at the neck, light home garden usage... Took it in to the Bunnings I purchased from because of the lifetime warranty, no receipt, couldn't find it. apparently I need to keep a copy for my whole life, even though Bunnings is the only place that sells this. … Read more

First they offered a refund of its "current value"... about $3 dollars. Then i had to guess when i bought it and provide potential dates. Then they offered about $20 towards a replacement. Current equivalent costs $45. Wasted about 40 minutes to go through this process. Safe to say I wont be purchasing from this brand again.

Trojan heavy duty bypass pruner – The spring bit fell out first use. Able to put backing but repeatedly falls out when using. Cannot find a good pair of pruners it seems.

False product claim – I purchased this garden hoe mainly because of the FIBREGLASS handle. No, it is timber where the normal breaking point would be. No receipt purchased 12 months ago so a waste of money. Will never buy this brand again since the spiel is far from the truth.
