Nothing more than a thief ! Deposited money for a car going to auction then got ghosted and blocked avoid this outfit at all cost
lol , when did I say I was unwilling I asked for help making sure I was setup correctly, I asked for a quick phone call as I was struggling with the cut paste responses so I was left to figure it out myself then after I did figure it out I proceeded to funded my account, after which I was blocked from it
I then repeatedly tried emailing various addresses … I tried calling via teams … I tried calling landlines all without a response (well actually I seemed to be blocked on most of them) is that your definition of unwilling???
I also emailed copies of the deposit confirmation from my bank so you definitely have them, but I don’t have any from you saying your returning my money !

"1) you have my money" False. As of close of business on 5 May the receiving bank has not received any funds from Craig Chamberlain or his company. We never asked Craig to send any money since he hasn't set up a Trading Account with us. I don't know why he would send funds without first setting up a Trading Account for us to credit the funds to. If any funds arrive we'll instruct the receiving bank to return them to the sending bank since this person does not have a Trading Account with us. I suggest Craig contact the sending bank and request that they return the remittance. It's currently the Golden Week shutdown period in Japan. external link

SBT Japan users a team out [Content Removed].TS exports operates in [Content Removed] and contact details are impossible in respect to complaints.Dissatisfaction with both companies is very high.Import Approval/compliance for Australian imports is not disclosed or handled adequately by both companies. Read horror stories of exhorbiant storage stages paid by Australian Users who were sucked in.Refunds of deposit monies takes too or not at all just like defects on imported cars.Emails are not answered promptly.TS exports has court cases pending in [Content Removed].Any negative complaints on TS exports are taking done by Scamwatch or a allegedly paid by the owner of TS exports to remove them from any review platform.THEREFORE STAY AWAY AS YOU WILL GET BURNT and do not even attempt to bring a classic car from [Content Removed].Buy from a reputable company or website if you can find one.

Craig Chamberlain of Easy Bins Southland Ltd first contacted our company about importing vehicles with our service on 22 March 2021. We sent him an information pack with everything he needed to start importing with our service. The information pack explained the process for importing with our service: external link
It explained that he needed to have a Trading Account with us to get support on individual units and for us to process his buy orders. For us to set up a Trading Account for him he needed to complete the service agreement and shipping instructions. However he didn't do this.
Yesterday he contacted us on Teams Chat. He again indicated interest in importing with our service. We re-iterated the process and again provided links to the service agreement and shipping instruction forms that he needed to complete to start the process. He indicated that he was unwilling to do this but kept demanding that we accept him as a client. It was his choice not to go ahead and so we withheld any further support on the matter. Summary: Craig could have set up a Trading Account with us any time since March 2021 and start importing with our service but was unwilling to complete the documents we need to set up his Trading Account. Craig tells us that he sent our company some funds but we never requested this. We've been exporting since the 1990s and have never experienced this situation before.
