screwdriver to do this. One didn’t come with the BBQ (but should have apparently). An email to Tucker and they are posting one to me. Their responsiveness to customer issues is first class.

The only issue we had was fitting the side shelves brackets. The engineering leaves a lot to be desired and should not be this hard to put together. Other than this, the BBQ works really well. It is the Landcruiser of BBQ in terms of construction. Very well built and made (Side shelves aside). You get what you pay for. This will last 20-30 years if looked after. It cooks very well. I have roasted lamb inside and it cooked quickly.

The optional cover fits snuggly and is well made. The product comes with a roasting rack and tray.
