A good unit. Well built and thought out – Update 09/2022 - R Class model, Now all natural gas, 1 EXTRA WOK BURNER attached to the handle and fits nicely. We Now Charcoal smoke on it successfully also as our steel smoker turned to rust. One gas jet is now sticking but still working. We think its lost is locking capability. which We have a smoker for that purpose. This unit does all and some, we've used it with a rotisserie and meats cook in 2/3rd's of the time and have had the Wok burner on, which is 18 MJ & stir fries foods easily. We bought extra grill bars ( and there very heavy too ) to fit the width of the whole unit, though have not as yet tried out the Plate, which is quite thick also and burnished for a better & more even heat. Lots of space below to store things, stainless steel seems good quality for an outdoor BBQ, Though have had trouble with the large BBQ cover which the Co; never delivered, nor have they ever made one before to suit it. The owner Ray took charge of that issue personally & of which we have been promised delivery in January in the Next container shipment & I have only been waiting for it 4 Months. What we have bought separately from global direct is grill plate sheets infused with Copper & Kevlar & we use these often over the top of the GRILL Bars, these effectively keeps the unit cleaner. (similar sheets though not copper infused are sold at Tucker) and I'll be purchasing 2 charcoal trays once they arrive ( in that elusive Container?? ) for this model. From what I can judge this is a well built no-nonsense BBQ with no extra bits and pieces that will fail (LED's/ Ceramic I.R) in the medium to long-term, as all my BBQ's have failed in one way or another with ALL the fiddly bit add-ons. ( besides the Webber Q100 ) The only thing I regret is not getting the flame failure devices with the unit. All in all a good unit and would Recommend it in any format.

1.3 years on and we are now using it daily throughout the summer period for at least 2 months. It does pizzas on ceramic bases although you need less heat on the ceramic as it holds heat quite well. We are also using two charcoal trays to use on the rotisserie for chickens and fish & ribs You must wait till the heat has comes down before throwing on your food. Otherwise you risk it being too hot too soon on your food.

We also purchased another Wok Burner which replaced or fitted into the side tray area as you really need 2 of them, so when stir frying veggies and meat separately you want the food to be all hot and served all at once. They supplied all the Gas connection bits and pieces for a DIY connection.

Using the gas with the rotisserie from cold gets a better cooked through meat though.

The only hiccup we've had is that our rotisserie spear is too long and is in the way of the built in wok burner. This was a standing one piece spear that was used prior with our smoker, so i cant blame them for that issue. As of late 2019, we now have the specific rotisserie spear for the heavy duty motor unit and it works well, All in all we have cleaned it once thoroughly and is best done yearly.
