Avoid! Scammers -- PinkieTomato, TumbleCat, Resilient Media Pte. Ltd – This company goes under several names: Resilient Media Pte. Ltd. http://resilient-media.com/ PinkieTomato https://pinkietomato.com/ Tumblecat https://tumblecat.com/ https://www.facebook.com/tumblemeow In any case - STEER CLEAR! I ordered a product and what was delivered was not the brand that I ordered (which I did for a specific… Read more
reason). Instead they sent a product from some random Chinese company which did not contain the main active ingredient which drove my original purchase.
I had paid via PayPal so made a complaint and requested a refund there. They offered 30% and quoted T&Cs about you having to return the product. Frankly I can't be bothered with the faff to do that so I took the refund and will used the (inferior) product to what I had wanted. Or maybe I'll throw it out since it just annoys me that these people are allowed to "bait and switch" like this.
I wish I'd read the reviews beforehand. Lesson learned.
Avoid these scammers!
I was scammed – I was scammed too. Bought Palo de Rosa essential oils and was sent a counterfeit version, not the same name or branding. They offered me a 15% return discount, which I took, but after reading all the reviews, wish I hadn’t!
Scam artists – Be warned this company is a scam!! They take your money and advertise a 100% guarantee or your money back with no questions. Then refuse to honour the guarantee when their product shows up and does not match their advertised information about it. Size charts measurements are way off. Been fighting with them since Dec. Still no resolution. Last… Read more
email was Feb 26 that they would honour a partial refund for their false advertisement. Still not received. BBB is now involved. They are now on FB advertising. You’ve been warned.
And I’m not just a disgruntled consumer https://ca.trustpilot.com/review/tumblecat.com
Refused to contact me after I returned an item – Tumble Cat refused to answer my request after I returned an item to them back to Malaysia and paid the shipping cost. I should be entitled to a refund and they refuse to contact me back or credit my bank account.
Online orders – I placed an online order for 3 items on April 1st this year. After continuous enquiries I received 2 of the 3 items 6 weeks later and I had to pay more shipping fees in addition to ones I already paid. Again after continuous follow up the missing item was received in June and was defective. Till now it has not been replaced, and their customer… Read more
service department responds to 1 out of 5 emails. In summary, I think if you don't follow up your order you will not get it and if you do get it will be defective, customer relations and customer support are very inefficient.
