I have to add to the list of people who didn't receive parts after ordering from Tune Cycles. I ordered a set of Sword Shifters, bar tape and 2 x TPU Tubes. a dispute lodged with them can take up to 30 days to receive an answer. Today 12-3-26 after approximately 6 weeks I received the balance of my items. I never received any correspondence from Tune Cycles the items just turned up at the Post Office.
Very good service. Ben was really accurate and has good knowledge. He was exactly on time. Very satisfying. If you need to service or repair you bike this is the place to go.
Bad service – Do not order parts from tune cycles, you won't get them, very bad service
Extremely poor customer service – Extremely poor service. I ordered a complete Shimano Dura Ace Di2 groupset only to discover Tune Cycles had omitted to include the charging cable, which was obviously itemised on the order and the invoice. Despite attempting to contact Tune Cyles 4 times via email and directly via their website, there has been no response. I will never purchase from this company again.
My 2019 SRAM based Giant Defy felt like a new bike! – Bruce serviced my Giant Defy and afterwards it felt like a new bike. After the service, the regreased wheel bearings free wheeled properly, the new SRAM AXS 12 speed cassette and new red waxed chain finally silenced the drive train and changing down front chain rings ceased dropping the chain off the bottom onto the carbon bike frame. Worst customer service I have ever had – Ordered a waxed chain online on 6/10/23.2 weeks later I sent an email as order still had no tracking data. Email not answered. So I rang eay in the morning (9:49am on the 17th) and was told someone would get back to me. I waited and never received a call. So I rang the next day 18/10/23 at 12:18pm. chains that day and it would be sent. 23/10/23 and still no chain. So I called again (10:15am) and was promised someone would return my call. 3pm and still no call. All for a chain that on their website stated was in stock Do not deal with this company. I understand places get busy. But 2 called us returned and 2 unanswered emails shows a complete lack of basic customer service. Terrible.
If I could leave 6 stars, I would – These guys are fantastic. They know what they are doing, highly skilled, inexpensive, great customer service and open on Sundays. What a great find. They will definitely get my business going forward and I’ll tell my cycling buddies the same. Show details
Best bicycle service and repairs – Tune cycles are the best at repairs and services for your bike. They are thorough , friendly knowledgeable and helpful and go above and beyond to keep the customer satisfied. They have a mobile service that come to you or they come and pick your bike up and return it. My ebike was ready the same day and rides smooth and silent now. Wonderful job guys. Professional & Reliable Bicycle Service Repairs – My bicycle needed some repair & maintenance due to daily usage. Their appraisal, cost recommendations & service was spot on and with a smile. Mobile service or drop off available and online booking process was straight forward. Most importantly bike & rider were happy to be re-united!
