Waste of Time and Money – Purchased a pair of shoes. Not what they were in the picture, poor quality and not the right fit. Have sent multiple emails asking for a refund. They offered to exchange for a different product, then to keep shoes and receive 15% refund of purchase price and when I continued to ask for a refund - no reply. Definitely the worst on-line shopping experience.

This shop is a scam – This is a scam. Clothes are expensive and they are nowhere near the pictures on the website, the quality is extremely poor.

Pretend Australian company operating from China – This company claims to be Melbourne based, but is actually China based. I purchased recently 'Grace Orthopaedic Shoes' at a reduced price of $64 from $120, free shipping. The shoes were advertised as leather. The shoes arrived approx 10 days later, dropped in the evening hours, approx 8pm in front of our gate in the rain. The shoes look like a very cheap low quality version of the ones pictured on the website, definitely not leather. Upon request of returning the product, the company only offers option to ship to China at own cost or get a 30% discount and keep. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this pretend Australian company
