Ripped me off several times – Has gone downhill in the past several years. No service, just automated bots and robotic policies. Terrible content (some is good, but you have to take your chances and the refunds are unreliable).

Good but beware! – I am a regular user of Udemy and I like everything about it. However I just noticed that after purchasing $60 item, I couldn't request a refund within 30 days. Their system will not allow me to initiate refund as they claim I have watched too much of the course. I am only on 45th of 401 complete lectures as per their own platform. Now I am willing to try the other platform (LinkedIn Learn, Coursera) to see how they compare with this platform.
