Kenggi Ugg Boots – I bought a pair of 3/4 Kenggi Ugg boots 2 years ago for $119. Only use them as slippers for short winter in WA so have had little use. Still look like new externally except the soles on one has completely failed and the second one is about to do the same. Absolute crap quality. Unfortunately I thought I was buy ing the genuine article at the time… Read more

of purchase. Today I can buy genuine UGG replacement with 20% discount for $143 so doesn't make sense to bother with Kenggi / Ugg Stop.

Worst UGG boots ever – Didn't even last a year before all the stitching fell apart and the soles came away. Really bad quality. Don't waste your money. Kenggi brand says australia made but crappy so doubt it Show details

Loved them - buying more – I bought the tall roxie and a short sand/silver boot a few years ago and have worn both constantly. The short pair I wore almost every day of winter for the past 6 years and they are still in great shape, the roxies I wore at the snow, and the grip on them was great. (My husband had some we'd bought elsewhere and he couldn't wear his in the… Read more

village as they had lost their grip, but mine were as good as snow boots).

I'm after another pair for myself and my son, and have been researching for a few days now. I was almost put off by a few bad reviews here... but honestly I'm wondering if they are legitimate, as they advertise another (more expensive) site that I wasn't too keen on based on the look of the soles, also they claim uggstop are disingenuous about their kenggi brand but it seems very obvious to me. Kenggi are Australian owned and the quality is exactly as advertise based on what I've experienced, so not sure what the issue is. It's not like there is one true 'ugg' brand ... any sheepskin boot is an 'ugg'.

The uggstop boots are the best compromise of materials/value that I've found. Highly recommend.

Avoid Uggstop – I bought a pair of Uggstop/Kennggi? and although the sizing was the same as standard Ugg boots (as per the label on the original Ugg boots I have), the width was up to one centimeter narrower.Hence the boots did not fit. BUT to make an exchange, I would have to buy a bigger boot (too long)?, or send them back. The cost of sending them back and not… Read more

knowing what to order means that you loose at least two lots of postage, and some vague deduction cost that is only notified when the boots are received, and you still don't know if the boots will fit ... makes the whole exercise a costly waste of time. Also the quality of the boots doesn't seem to be the same ... much thinner soles for example. FORGET ABOUT UGGSTOP, and buy the 'ORIGINAL' Ugg boot, online or instore, and you know what you are getting and the cost will be much the same. DON"T BE FOOLED BY a 10-15 dollar cheaper price and lots of vague pisazz, AVOID Uggstop ... you can't win with this one! ... AND now I am inundated with adds for Uggstop boots every time I am online, which only makes me even more negative about this product.

Aussie made good price-quality – I like the fact that the boots are made in Australia. The price is good. I've had my pair for 2.5 years and have no issues with quality. They are holding up very well. I agree that when you receive the boots the quality doesn't look top notch, e.g the soles seem thin and they just come stuffed in a plastic bag. But once you wear them you forget… Read more

about that and enjoy the comfort.

For those complaining it is not Decker, note that Decker is a US company who copyrighted the name Ugg in the US. Decker DOES NOT make their Uggs in Australia, most are made in China. Ugg Stop-Kengi make the boots in Australia, a reason to buy from them, not the Decker ones. The name Ugg is not copyrighted in Australia, anyone can use it.

Misleading! – This website displays boots from the deckers ugg brand, but then sends cheap, low quality "kenggi" boots! The pictures have the Ugg Australia (deckers) brand on it, and claims that they are genuine deckers uggs. After reading their store policies, in a very tiny font,it is written "we are not an affiliate of deckers Uggs and do not sell their… Read more

products" Then why do they display pictures of their products?! These people are liars! If you want genuine deckers uggs, purchase from authorised retailers, because it you buy them from here you will have a cheap, ugly and low quality pair of "kenggi" boots. We sent it back and they refunded us the money, but refused to return the shipping costs! not worth the hassle!

Great ugg boots and service – I bought two pairs of tall ugg boots in tan colour from Ugg Stop two years ago, for myself and for my daughter, and we love them, we wear them all the time in winter. This year I decided to get myself a pair of short uggs, but I forgot what size I bought last time, so I emailed Ugg Stop to confirm what sizes were in my last order. They replied… Read more

almost immediately with my last order details and I placed an order for short ugg boots in hot pink. I've received my new short boots in two days and I absolutely love the colour! The boots are well made & so soft and comfortable too. Overall, very pleased with products and service. Would recommend.

Poor Quality, Terrible Customer Service – I received a pair of these Ugg boots in September 2015. I wear them around the house for maybe 1 hour per day. After 8 months, the seam at the top of one Ugg has completely come undone. I contacted Ugg Stop Australia via their website regarding a replacement and heard back within 12 hours, that their warranty only covers 90 days after purchase, so… Read more

they would not do anything about the useless Ugg boot, but they would offer me a 30% discount on my next purchase of Ugg Boots in the next 3 days. Needless to say, I don't plan on buying another $100+ Ugg boots that won't last 8 months, and I replied promptly to tell them of this, and to mention that the consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law states that a product must be of 'lasting' quality, which in my opinion, for a pair of costly Ugg boots should be at least a year, if not several years. They seem to be rather slower in replying to me now, and I will take it further if needed. I will not be buying from them again.

Office closed for one month over busy Christmas period? – Bought my son a pair of ugg boots for Christmas, delivery was fast and boots looked fine, however they are very tight fit and agreed I would exchange them for larger size only to find that they are uncontactable until 18th January. What sort of business takes a whole month off over busy Christmas period? And what happens to their 30 day exchange policy when due to their closure you are unable to exchange within 30 days?? Very frustrating

worst customer service – i bought a pair of boot which i was told as water resistant boot that i could wear in rain n snow. But after wearing just for a day in drizzling rain and i could not only see the marks on the boot but also water went inside n i could feel it in my toes.when i went to the shop with complain they just said me that its not water in the boot, its… Read more

something else .They could see it clearly it was nothing but wet with water.after arguing about hours, they asked to to call their manager saying they can't do anything about it .Contacting the manager,he asked to call the manufacturer..And guess what the manufacturer said we don't sell any products stating water resistant.Their isn't such product. My question is that is it the customers responsibility to contact manager or manufacturer? what should a customer do if they sell products with wrong information? the worst part is that they didn't even tried considering the problem ,exchange or refund was off the hook.

plz guys its waste of time n money

Poor Products, Communication, Service – I had to return a pair of outdoor tall uggs in chestnut twice, out of my expense due to very poor quality products, communication and service. First return was due to their protective spray that destroyed my brand new boots and my heart sank. Soft lamb leather turned into stiff shrunken cardboard with permanent discoloured stained marks -… Read more

everything you DON'T want to happen to new pair of expensive uggs. I trusted the same brand to protect them not destroy them. WARNING: Do not buy this spray. When I sent photos of damaged boots they replied, "there's nothing wrong with it and that's normal" - are you kidding me? Second return (and the very last) was due to horrible uneven dye of the fleece inside. They used strips of sickly yellow fleece which looked cheap and terrible when folded at the top. When I sent photos of these boots they gave me the same generic email reply "there's nothing wrong with it". The worst part is, I did not get all my money back. In fact they wrote, "we will not reply to your email anymore". Is this the way to treat a customer? In summary, is it worth taking the risk to purchse online boots from here? NO. Total money spent on return postage incl. insurance would have got me a new pair of uggs and total amount of time spent repackaging, visits to the postoffice and heartaches are immeasurable. IT'S DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT. I hope this will prevent others from same headaches and heartaches.

Aussie made, Aussie owned double grade sheepskin.... Onto a winner here! – Ordered two pairs Premium short uggs velvet rose $119.00 ultra short uggs chocolate $99.00 With free delivery. Plus a discount voucher. Purchased Saturday, arrived to delivery address Friday. Happy as. The uggs are snug, appear to be well made (stitched not glued) sturdy sole and soft inner wool. I purchased my last pair from an online… Read more

coupon emailing offer. Very unhappy and that boot only had wool on the soles with synthetic lining elsewhere.

The quality of these Aussie Uggs is obvious. Loving wearing them.

I also love the eco friendly use of tanning products this product has been treated with. As these were delivered to my workplace, the entire office has had their hands inside the uggs. Lots of oooohing & arhing all round! I received another discount voucher attached to the care instructions and detached this for the staff members who expressed interest in purchasing themselves. Interesting to hear comments indicating people thought they had cost me $200-$250 a pair......

Sorry to read that others have not had a good experience. I am absolutely recommending this product and company.

Wonderful Boots, great service – Ordered mine online last year for winter. They're still in immaculate condition, in spite of wearing them daily. I was so impressed with the quality and prompt service, I'm tempted to buy another pair, just cause I love them. Not sure how they compare price wise but I wouldn't go anywhere else. Totally worth it.

Really Nice outdoor Ugg Boots – So far I have made two orders from Ugg boots from http://uggstopuggbootsaustralia.com.au/ just for myself. They have the same logo as displayed here, so i believe it is their homepage. Originally I ordered 'Short Roxie Ugg Boots'. They were good quality boots with perhaps the exception of the laces that have a plastic feel fabric, so if you… Read more

buy Ugg Boots with laces from them, you might want to expect to replace the laces with something else. I'm not sure how much I liked these boots as i haven't worn them much, as i'm a bit lazy when it comes with laces... and have yet to find nice fabric replacement laces which would make wearing them feel less tacky... So quality boot, tacky laces...

My second order was for two pairs of 'Short Outdoor Ugg Boots', one grey and one black that was slightly more expensive because of the Nappa Leather finish which increases water resistance... basically the black one of this is my favourite Ugg Boot ever... The outdoor soles look cool an have worn them for drives to get takeaway food or to the supermarket. They fit perfectly, although I always wear them with socks, so I won't make them smelly :)... but socks are optional... They did actually send me two different sizes accidentally (the label said the right size, but underneath the indented rubber sole said a different size)... So try not to remove the labels until you double check the size... But I actually like both, so I didn't send the wrong size one back... The larger (accidental one) boot is really comfortable and the other (correct size one) is snug... but, both fit well... I think I like the looser Ugg Boot for casual wear and the more snug feeling if I were to wear it out for a day out walking around...

The website always seems to have permanent half off discounts for the more expensive items, and try to entice buyers with a $5 off for first time buyers time-clock that resets itself each day i think... If you sign up, they occasionally send coupons, but they don't spam your email account.

As for delivery... each time after I made an order (paid for) I sent them an email to confirm or change something... So the first time I emailed them to change the size of the boot of my order (as i read the size chart instructions for indoor vs outdoor boots wrong), and another time to ask the appropriate size for sheepskin replacement insoles for outdoor boots (as it wasn't clear which size to buy, but i ordered them anyway just to save time and emailed after to fix it).... They replied the next working day each time, and i am guessing that i skipped the waiting queue for delivery simply by sending an email on the order i just made...

I had great fast delivery service and they were helpful, so long as you email and don't call... Although Be sure to read the size chart carefully, you will have to measure your own foot with an A4 piece of paper, a ruler, and a pen.... and then yeah, read the instructions they give to pick the appropriate size.

i am about to buy 1 or 2 more boots from them... They are expensive Ugg Boots, even despite the permanent special price, but I really like the outdoor boots. Cool Outdoor Ugg Boots Expensive
