Wool started falling off in clumps after a couple months of wear. When complained, I was offered a discount code instead of replacement. Left a bad review on the product on their website (which only shows 5 star reviews) and my one star review was taken down. Show details
WHERE IS MY MONEY??? – Dear UGGS.com.au, I paid $88 and placed my order on 2nd August and received a confirmation email on the same day. However, I received another e-mail on 5 August that you don't have my size available. I replied to ask for my money back. Several times. Unfortunately I haven't heard anything from your company since then, today is 12 August. WHERE IS… Read more
MY MONEY?? I will consider your company as scam and action accordingly to seek for my consumer rights throughout Australian authority bodies if I don't receive my money.EDIT: Eventually I received my refund.
Hi Ozgur, are you sure that you've been emailing the… Read more
Inaccurate website description and lack of accountability from business – I ordered the "Platinum Platform Ugg Slippers" in "clay brown," which appeared dusty pink on the website. I received light khaki shoes instead. The business claimed they can't guarantee online colors will match the actual product due to differences in computer displays. I checked on multiple devices (phone, iPad, and two laptops), and the color… Read more
consistently appeared as dusty pink.
Why is there no warning about potential color discrepancies in the product description? Consumers should be informed of this risk before purchasing.
Refusing to cover return postage for a misleading product is one thing but more importantly, instead of blaming customers for your inaccurate photos, take accountability and update the images.
[Content Removed] – Took my money - never sent the goods. Seems to be a fake company. I doubt they are truly Aussie based. Never sent any tracking info and gave me the run around when I tried to follow it up. Pretended I didn't ask for a refund when I asked via email twice.
Dear Mariah, Thank you for your feedback. We are… Read more (+4 replies)
Took my money through PayPal and never shipped – I think the term for that is theft. I paid for two pairs of slippers through PayPal. Somehow the transaction timed out on the website but the PayPal transaction processed. I have emailed this company 5 times and have not had a single reply. Do not take your chances with this company - we are out over $130......
Terrible quality. Company refuses to repair or refund because the product has only 6 months warrantee – Be careful to buy those Australian made Uggs online. Poor quality and bad customer services. This business does not meet consumer guarantees for their products. They have their own voluntary manufactory warrantee for only 6 months. It means they won't offer a repair or refund if the products are purchased more than 6 months. I would like to support Australian made products, but the outcome is extremely disappointed. Overall happy with purchase, delivery could improve – A bit slow on "express delivery", took 4 days to even go live in Aus Post's system, but that aside everything else is as ordered. The quality and sizing is exactly as I expected - very good. A note to anyone purchasing, I would suggest doing as I did and ordering a size up from your normal shoe sizing. This style of boot closes down on your toes and can leave you feeling squashed at the front. Show details · 2
Poor pathetic customer service – Another unsatisfied consumer that was lied to and mislead, unlike a genuine Aussie they do not have the same values, and I would avoid using them at all cost, their are other established Ugg supplies that value their consumers business, pathetic service almost a hark back to the early Telstra days of poor service, poor communication and no care… Read more
for the consumer keeping them in business’s
Was constantly referred to their shipping policy which provided false lead times, and false processing times, ordered on the 3rd was told my order dispatched on 5th and it was an Aus post issue cause “they don’t scan the items all the time” and then received a email from uggs.com.au saying it was shipped on the 13th, constant errors in their statements and when challenged revert back to Covid excuses
Don't bother – Three weeks to receive the boots even though it say in stock. Really poor communication and the boots give my wife a rash. Honestly just go get a $30 set of boots from Kmart. Never again will I order from these guys. Show details
Oh and to add I paid extra for express postage, still 3 weeks
Very Poor Customer Service and Delivery – The web site is average. No phone number to contact a human. All communication is via email. Order fulfillment is very bad. One week after I ordered boots I was chasing them for a delivery date. Only after I chased them did they fulfill the order and give it to Aust Post. I purchased from them based on their claim of local Australian manufacture.… Read more
I did not expect to have Aussie style 1990's service delivery. I will not purchase from them again nor ever recommend them to anyone.
Its been 3 weeks and I haven't received my Items after paying for express shipping – This would have to be the worst online shopping experience I have had. Continuous lies saying the boots have been sent when they weren't. They assign a tracking number to your order immediately and expect you to believe that they have sent your product. 3 weeks and the tracking number hasn't shown any updates, even though I paid for express… Read more
shipping for a mothers day present. I don't even think they operate in Australia as their email repLIES are at mid night Sydney time.
Delay in sending 2 weeks! – Haven't sent after numerous requests to pls send or give refund. Emails saying they been send but the tracking number says otherwise that its waiting to be processed!

Poor Quality (www.uggs.com.au) – Don't buy UGGS online (unless you've bought from that store before and know the quality). I bought from uggs.com.au and was very disappointed in the quality. The stitching looks nothing like it does on their website and after a weeks wear the inner wool lining is pushing through the seams, making it look old and raising my concerns about how this… Read more
shoe will age. The sole also looks like they've sourced the cheapest material. For the price I'd expect a much higher quality shoe.
Awful company - left me without boots and I had to pay for returning back – My review is about UGGS - https://www.uggs.com.au Never ever order there!!! I ordered online their boots - size AU8(EUR39). The boots I need for a special event (a journey to a cold country) - had enough time to wait for my parcel. To my amusement - I got AU9 (EUR40) and they were huge. For my request to return money the company agreed that it was… Read more
their mistake and they would fully refund. But I need to pay for the postal by myself. For all my arguments they said that they could try and send another pair (as an exchange) - and that would cost me nothing. But 1) there was no way that another pair could come on time before my journey; 2) there was no a guarantee that the next time the size in my order would be correct. So - I send the boots back, paid $18 - the end of story.
There are so many companies selling uggs - please think twice and you will save your money and time!
This review is NOT for UGG Australia. It is for Uggs.com.au. However FYI 'UGG Australia' is American owned – My Ugg boots are from Uggs.com.au though they are marked JUMBO Ugg Australia. Two other pairs from this site were marked UGGS Australia. The quality is appalling. After a couple of months wear, the inner sole is rubbed bare and coming apart. They were expensive too! Totally bummed. I also bought a pair for my elderly father and my daughter.… Read more
Again, around the $170 price point. Wish I’d read here first. You Also they arrived in a very ordinary plastic bag with no paperwork - no box - I should’ve thought of that as my first red flag!!
