DO NOT BUY! I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Ultrahuman has been nothing short of frustrating, and I feel obligated to share it—especially for anyone considering investing in their Ultrahuman Ring AIR. I completely understand that a product can be faulty straight out of the box. It happens—even to the best brands. What defines a great company, however, is how they respond to such issues. And that’s where Ultrahuman has utterly failed me.

I received a ring that didn’t work from day one—unpairable with either my Samsung or iPhone. I paid extra for a 2-year UltrahumanX membership, supposedly to get priority support. What I got instead? Days of contradictory messages, constantly shifting dispatch timelines, and vague promises of "high priority" handling. One day the ring was “dispatched in 2–4 days,” then suddenly it was “1–3 days,” and now we’re back to “21–23 April.” It's like chasing smoke.

To add insult to injury, I had to repeatedly remind support that I had requested a specific ring color. I also had to follow up multiple times just to receive the return shipping information, which was never provided in time for the scheduled pickup.

As someone involved in multiple businesses and product cycles, I don’t expect perfection—but I do expect competence, responsiveness, and accountability. Ultrahuman has offered none of these.

I would strongly advise potential buyers to proceed with caution. Flashy branding and influencer hype mean little when the actual support is this uncoordinated.

Very disappointed with Ultrahuman. I bought the ring and also paid for UltrahumanX around 11 months ago because I understood it would cover a replacement if the ring became loose after weight loss. I followed their process and sent all the evidence they asked for, but after that communication was poor and support was very slow. A product specialist eventually contacted me after about two weeks only to say I had to pay extra anyway. It has now been four weeks with no resolution, no meaningful communication, and no proper customer support.
